Coupes lovely thank you - ordered 4.
You may wish to check your packaging as arrived in a small box within a huge cardboard box at least 4 times the size.
Seemed extravagant and possibly expensive on postage. Hope constructive.

I came across this brand via John…
I came across this brand via John Lewis, and so glad I found it! All the garments I have purchased to date, are of a great quality. Especially the blush pink silk slip on dress, which is just fab! And also my black cashmere jumper. I also have a pair of leather trousers and skirt and the leather is just super soft and the quality is very good. Definitely will be coming back for more in future!

Very poor quality brass base on cake stand. It is marked and scratched. As a returning customer this is not the usual standard expected of Truly products.

Beware gift box
Very happy with the bag, and delivered on time. But paid for a gift box which was completely inappropriate - there was no way the bag would fit in!

I purchased a large Constellation plate…
I purchased a large Constellation plate at a very good price from the Truly Summer sale. It was delivered in Truly style, well packaged, well wrapped and in perfect condition. I decided to buy the small Constellation side plates but having done so wished I'd ordered more.
Apparently, once an order is placed the process is started straight away and can be difficult to change, in my case anyway. The customer service assistant was extremely helpful and managed to cancel my order in its tracks and I was able to re order adding to it.
I have had a few items from Truly over the last few years and I have never been disappointed. They sell quality items and run a service which is attentive and efficient.
