I have an old iPhone and couldn't find my newly renewed card. Ashtin at the front desk was truly wonderful-she took time and found my new card, and set it up on my phone so that I don't have to panic every time I use it! And Kevin fulfilled my medical order quickly and perfectly! Many thanks for these people and their customer service skills and kindness. Thank you again!!
They rolled out a new rewards program and screwed there customers
They rolled out a new rewards program. They NEVER communicated to us that we would lose any existing credits that were on the account. Over night I lost over $1500 of credits. I emailed them and NEVER got the courtesy of a response. Why be loyal to a company that does not care about it's customers.

Reagan spent a fair amount of time helping me choose a product to suit my medical needs. She was then more than patient when I had to slip out and be re-admitted to the sales. I'm old, and have only had my card since early June. I don't know the drill yet, but the well-trained and helpful staff are providing great guidance. They'll show me the (hemp) ropes, I'm sure.

And here it comes, I called and complained to corporate that this was gonna happen and people would be mad. I have over 5000 points that just poof went away. I called when you decided to give us like 8 days to use the points only taking 10% IFF for 500 points.
You are not a loyal company and I will no longer do any business with you. As a matter of fact I am going to invest in with your competition, I emailed back and forth with Britney in investment services.
She said you should grow. 1.5% in Q2 and apart of that is....the new point system.
I want my points really simple. I should have been free to purchase anything with the points until they were at zero.
So if y'all have in house counsel let me know if not give me the risk management number like I asked for last week. I already called customer support and I was told the first time to pretty much pound sand and that was after I requested a supervisor.
Next day HQ called back and offered to put a credit on my account. I said does it equal 5000+ points? Nope. I said then I don't need that do I?
Seems like a lot of companies are taking advantage of the little person, their customers. I called them out and I have the emails from the investment side explaining how much more money they are gonna make off the new point system and how it's going to drive more traffic and retain, spend more each visit..well they use the bait and switch tactic just like with the "loyalty rewards points"
Their loyalty ends after the debit card clears the terminal or the cash hits then glass.
I will never set foot in their business again for the simple fact that they just screwed a lot of people over

Worst dispensary in sw PA. Every single time I go they are missing something from the order that I literally placed the night before. If you go late in the day and have high thc flower they run low on, they'll pilfer your order and take it for orders that get there before you then tell you it's an inventory system issue that sometimes if 3 or so people order particular item at the same time the system loses count. So in the middle of the night when I generally place my orders, several people all ordered same thing at same time, on at least a half dozen occasions that must have happened? They must be joking.
They give no notification of what isn't there until it's too late and you're already there. They effed me royally this week in terms of what I actually needed and budget wise. Don't go here. Avoid at all costs. Get your $hit together trulieve. Pathetic management. Also longest wait times out of anywhere. I once waited 20 minutes with noone in front of me. At least notify people when you take stuff out of their orders to fulfill other orders, don't bs me. Awful.

Scammers...bait and switch. Ive been a customer since Trulieve first opened its doors in FL. I have over 1000 membership loyalty points to use towards purchases. I only purchase their Trupod vape products, from which I earn points. Last week, I went to use my points to purchase, and they declined, stating sale items are not available for points purchases. The scam is...the trupods are ALWAYS on sale. I called customer service and they offered NOTHING, except buy something else, and argued with me to make my customer experience much, much morse! Trulieve, you owe me!

Fake Customer Service
Trulieve was a great dependable company who I stayed true to, over 5 yrs, spending serious cash each month for relief. Great staff and I was a customer worth keeping. Then, I made orders ready for pick up, usually sales or great bud, but when I arrived only to find my order decimated by ??? Staff! 😥 This is after verifying email/ text saying order filled.
They can't seem to make any deliveries from Gainesville hub and rudely leave patients hanging all day then they cancel. So unprofessional I realized they don't care it's all about the cash. I sure hope recreational ballot fails. TL banking on rec and lobbying with $$$$! to make it happen. So medical patients please know they don't care about our needs! Its just a greedy big ruthless corporation after profits hoping to expand their business into recreational.
They did steer me to wonderful dispensaries that treat me like a customer they wish to keep! Reason for the 🌟
Trulieve is the worst… take your business elsewhere
Trulieve continuously fails to be professional with delivery times and overall dependability, and their customer service is terrible and deceptive. This week they canceled my 420 sale order without telling me, leaving me waiting for a delivery that would never come and costing me a 420 deal I could have used from another dispensary… This would be bad enough, but I had contacted them 3 times about this order to confirm what they were telling me, and each time they continuously reassured me that they would help me out, only 8 days later to deny responsibility and just put it on the Merit Island store manager. I contacted them again today and they would not do anything to help or resolve this problem.
