Unfortunately we had way to many issues. Collections missed, issues uploading. The platform was problematic. If it wasn’t for the team I would have changed earlier than I did but I kept hoping that things would get better.

Excellent customer service! The team helped me picking the right couriers for my different sized products, so I pay the best price every time! Definitely recommend!

We swapped from a rival company and I can honestly say it's been a wonderful move for us.
The team are brilliant and deal with issues quickly and are always happy to help , we spend less on deliveries for a much better service and it's possible to build a really personal service with a team that no you and your business.
We used to get 1 in 10 deliveries ( more with one of the other carriers) that had an issue but thanks to Trukl we have only had two issues with deliveries and the team were incredibly quick resolving them.
The only small gripe I have ( they are working on this ) is there online system needs work but when you get such fantastic customer service, brilliant prices , we can live with this.
I would recommend everyone makes the move to a truly brilliant company to work with.

My first consignment with Trukl came about when my current courier let me down and I was recommended Trukl as an alternative. Trukl were efficient, friendly and cost effective. I now put the majority of my consignments through their app as they have been a great support over lockdown and I'm very happy to keep working with them going forwards!

Its been really easy since joining and using Trukl as our delivery platform. System is nice and easy and the service is as expected. Support centre is really helpful and quick at responding to any queries of shipments. Would certainly recommend!

We have been working with Trukl for the last month as a trial in readiness for the busy period of Christmas and we are very impressed.
