Super fast delivery regular updates item was as perfect as it looked on the site absolutely happy

I used to buy the t-shirts consistently about 8 years ago. I have about 20 t-shirts of theirs in my wardrobe. The customer service was exceptional and the clothes were great quality. I placed an order recently and the quality had significantly dipped in both the clothing and the customer service. Zero response to my email about the lack of quality in the t-shirts I bought, and they are not cheap. Such a shame, but I will never shop with them again.

Truffle shuffle is great to order from, the items are wonderful quality and if there are any issues they are so helpful in getting it resolved. I ordered some lounge pants for my wife for our anniversary when they were low in stock when they arrived they were unfortunately damaged. I emailed support and they immediately dispatched a new pair before they were sold out which we received the next day, and sent a prepaid label to send the damaged ones back. Brilliant service and would definitely shop again.

Highly recommend reading other negative experiences before ordering anything. Poor quality of products and very poor customer service. The owner Patrick Robert Charles Wood is very challenging to deal with if anything goes wrong with your order and that's being polite.

UPDATE: Expect Patrick Robert Charles Wood to reply to my review with fabricated stories. He has thrown a tantrum because he can't claim on his insurance policy. After all, I will not cooperate with his stories.

Ordered a Wallace and gromit cardigan for my boyfriend for Christmas which sadly wasn't quite right. Unfortunately it had sold out in all other sizes so I asked for an exchange, the team got back to me promptly and sent it right out. Good customer service, sufficient and speedy delivery and great selection of items, already eyeing up my next purchase.

I ordered lounge pants for the whole family. We are all delighted - funky great designs, really comfy, quality material, amazingly fast delivery, and impeccable customer service when I called with a query. We will be back! Highly recommended.

My order was left in an unsafe place by the delivery company- unfortunately by the time I had gotten home it was no longer there.
Truffle shuffle were quick to respond and resolve the issue, Christmas presents arrived the next day with a different delivery company that delivered it to my front door. Excellent customer service and support! Thank you so much.

We had been let down by another company, who had terrible tracking & no movement with our order, so we cancelled with them. That's where Truffle Shuffle came in & saved the day, they had exactly what we needed & at roughly the same price with 24hr delivery, & they posted out the same day as ordered. I wasn't expecting our item to arrive until Monday morning, as the order was placed on Friday morning, but no we received Royal mail tracking, which confirmed that we would get it on Saturday, which we did.

So a HUGE Thank You Truffle Shuffle, you came through where others let us down, & our daughter will get a surprise for Christmas she won't be expecting.

So I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Truffle Shuffle to anyone.

First time ordering from truffleshuffle website. I ordered the Disney fantasia loungefly sorcerer hat cross body bag, delivery was quick and customer service was great, unfortunately my first order turned up faulty, emailed straight away and customer service was excellent, they went above and beyond and sent me out a replacement within 2 days, on receiving the second delivery the bag arrived in amazing condition and very well packaged & wrapped for protection as like the first delivery was.
Really happy with the customer service I received and the small gesture of sweets in package 🍬 Thankyou so much absolutely love the bag 🥰

Absolutely fantastic experience. Took too long to get the email for 10% off my first order - and it went straight to my spam folder. However, the quality of the items I purchased are superb. I ordered on a Saturday night and they were delivered on Monday. Will definitely be using this website in the future!

Great company. Whenever I order it always arrives quick and quality is good. When I've had to make returns they've issued money back quickly and the customer service is always helpful and easy.

If you live anywhere else than the UK don't order from this site.
They have international shipping but it's pretty bad. I ended up paying 3 times the price of my order in delivery fees for a beat up package. I don't recommend.

very happy with the quality of clothes, the shirts I received were great. Though I ordered some lounge pants in a size Small (the smallest size it allowed me to purchase) and upon arrival they honestly seemed like they were 3 sizes way too big. I'm not sure what's going on with the size charts here but these pants were definitely not a small. Other than that, great quality and I liked the touch of a free sweet.

I bought a flask for my granddaughter I ordered it Tuesday from Yorkshire and had it delivered to my daughter's in Devon it came the next day and she loved it very impressive service would definitely shop here again the only flaw was it was delivered to my daughter's neighbour who clearly has a big number one on her door my daughter is at 2 which I put on the address but they kindly returned very reasonably priced items thank you

Great service with this company but delivery service is very poor as they use amazon. Where I live amazon just dump parcels on the main busy street...so I cant find or locate my parcel. This company penalised me for amazon's fault on deliveries.
A few weeks later I made an order and they cancelled it due to delivery going missing or delivered the wrong place. I won't be using this website no more...I actually liked this company but to be punished over stupid drivers is a joke. I asked the company to delete my account. Im done...absolutely fuming.

I have been buying from truffle shuffle for myself, my husband and kids for at least a few years now, always a good interaction. Sizing can be a bit off depending on the different styles of T-shirts/sweatshirts. If in doubt I ask them and they advise, on the occasions that they haven’t fit despite me checking they have provided a free returns label to return or exchange, this has happened a couple of times and the customer service have been fantastic! Including a tee I bought for my husband that was not the size it should have been but another hassle free return and refund. I have also ordered a couple of times and forgotten to add the discount and when I reach out they refund the difference without an issue. I have a lot of t shirts and sweatshirts and the quality has been very good, all have washed well we have never had an issue on quality yet. Some t shirts are thicker than others but I can tell that from the pictures so it’s not unexpected and even the thinner ones are still good quality. I have had a issue with faulty loungefly bags which as they are a brand they sell and packaged up by the manufacturer wouldn’t be picked up by them but again they have returned free of charge and replaced promptly so no complaints. It’s refreshing to deal with a company with such a friendly, helpful and reliable customer service so even with small hiccups it’s made us very long term customers and we highly recommend to others. They stock in hmv now but I still prefer to deal with them directly. Love this company.

I received a 'Feathers Mcgraw' tee for my birthday! Loved it but it was too small! Sent back which was easy to exchange, not only did I get a message back a day later to say it had been received, I actually received a larger size tee the day after that! Unheard of and brilliant service! Great tee too, I will be using TS again without doubt

The new Labyrinth bag and wallet recently dropped on their site. The site states ‘ships world wide’ but when I entered in my US address to purchase the wallet (bags sold out fast) I received an error message of ‘item does not ship to your country. Please select a different country.’
I reached out to the company’s business chat via Instagram and within 24 business hours they responded back saying that there was a technical issue on their website with the error message and that they are working to fix asap. The person I spoke with was very polite and apologetic. They recommended I try to purchase in a couple of days, and sure enough. I was able to purchase the wallets (one for my husband who’s a huge fan and one for my mom!). I know it will take some time from UK to US but based off the customer service experience so far, I’m not worried.

They arrived in less than a week! Super fast and packaged very carefully.
