Product great quality, delivery and customer service could improve

Ordered a jumper with club logo.
The product, when it arrived, was very good. Nike jumper, well made, well embroidered.

The standard dispatch/delivery time is excessive for 2016 but a function of TrueSportingColours not holding stock and then being dependent on 'Brand Partners'.
Despite the long lead time my order faced further delays, attributed to stock levels at the Brand Partner. I was only notified of this after the item should have been dispatched.
From here the level of customer service and speed of email response was very poor - multiple requests for an updated greeted with silence, when receiving a response questions ignored, and so on.

Ultimately all was resolved, the managing director was helpful, and I have no doubt customer service will improve going forward.
