Fast delivery great product

Excellent service quick delivery

Ordered a chainsaw with battery, no battery came. So ordered a battery and charger wrong charger came and the one I needed was out of stock. It cost more than double the price of the chainsaw. When I contacted the company they were no help. Couldn't use the chainsaw as Couldn't charge the battery so had to pay for it all to be sent back. Will not order from these guys again.

After 2 1/2 week I had not received my ordered. Whilst the tracking information showed it being delivered, I had not received. This was confirmed when true shopping investigated and the parcel was lost. They shipping another. After a further week I enquired where the second parcel was, it had not been sent despite email confirmation saying it had been.
The service provided was poor, the customer service was prompt albeit telling me what I wanted to hear instead of the truth.
Personally I wouldn’t recommend unless you want a headache.

I was trying to do return, but they have no option. We just have to call them. No one is taking the phone really bad bad experience.

I found the exact item I was looking for. It was a fair price and easy to order. The item arrived in good time and was packaged well.

2nd time ordering and never delivered...got the lost in post excuses... courier advised still with sender...don't use...

I ordered my furniture, which said it was in stock and would be dispatched in 3-5 days. When I didn't hear anything, I contacted the company and was told that only 2 of the 3 boxes were available and the other box would take months to be back in stock! I was told I would receive a refund, which I am yet to receive and the item is still listed as being in stock on their website.

My first time purchasing from Trueshopping so was a bit apprehensive, I needn't have worried because my item was dispatched immediately, was well packed and great tracking for delivery. My order was good quality and just as described so I was delighted. I'd have no hesitation with shopping there again. Thank you.

I ordered a petrol strimmer and received it on time, however, the strimmer was badly packaged, as the parcel was damaged on the outside and badly taped up. Also the polystyrene packaging surrounding the strimmer was very badly damaged and the item was therefore not very secure. There were also essential screws missing and lubricant screw on the strimmer head was broken off. The pulley was faulty. had a message from Trueshopping saying my money would be returned to my bank account as soon as the return tracker was activated, this money has still not been returned to my account.
