Absolute worst customer service! I ordered 3 shirts in accordance with their sizing chart and the shirts were too small. Took forever to receive the shirts from China. I tried e-mailing and calling customer service to no avail. After leaving a Facebook review someone finally contacted me to offer a single shirt or a 20% rebate! One star is extremely generous! I cant speak to the quality of the shirts as I have yet to receive anything usable. Save your money and shop elswhere!

I love these button down shirts. More importantly my fiancée loves me in them. I have a medium muscular build at 5’11 180ish lbs. These fit tight around my chest, shoulders and arms. They ride up to the crease between my shoulders and biceps to accentuate my arms. They have a silky look but the material is stretchy. I ran into an issue on the website because you have to choose the size on each shirt and I made an error on my order. I contacted support and they made it right. Shipping is a little slow compared to Amazon but I like supporting a smaller company.

I ordered three shirts based on their sizing chart, and every single one arrived too small. When I contacted the company, they refused to exchange them for a larger size or issue a refund. Terrible customer service. I wish I had read the other reviews before purchasing because this seems to be a common problem with this company. I will not be ordering from them again.

I wish I saw this before I ordered. Shirts were cheap and way small for the size. When I asked for a return, they made me pay to ship back to a business in China on my own dime. Do not do business with this company

Absolute shambles from the start to finish. They have recommended me a size up shirts just to make sure. They have arrived after two or three weeks and they are made from the cheapest material made in China. Even though I ordered a size up, the shirts were too short to the point that I wasn't able to tuck them into my trousers. I complained, and was given some silly options, but not an option of a full refund, unless I paid for the return, and the return? You've guessed... to CHINA!

I brought a hoodie from them but it wasn’t oversized as I expected it to be. I requested a return but they instead offered to send me a new one, free of charge. Great customer service, I am very impressed. Thank you!

Sigh. I got an add on IG and it looked amazing. I had a wedding coming up in a month and it said 6-12 days delivery…it’s 6 weeks later and I still haven’t received the shirt. I had to buy a whole other shirt for the wedding. When you reach out to customer service they will send an email update that says carrier is “urgently” out for deliver. They def did their homework as far as knowing that putting the work “urgent” Will make people relax. Don’t fall for it. PLEASE!! Hoping someone else will dodge this bullet. I’ve been trying for weeks to get in touch with somebody about a return or an exchange. The shirts were wrong sized . When I first reached out the first time they responded saying send a picture of the shirts and the shipping label which I did after that crickets… I would never ever recommend this company to anyone a total scam and just like everyone else who put a one star I feel like I’ve been taking advantage of

No Customer service, wrong sizing. Don't waste your time with this company. Company is not based in Miami, but is in China and they do not respond to request.

Great shirts, great quality. They fit as advertised will definitely be getting more clothing from them :)

Horrible company and customer service! Misleading. Took a month to get the items. Never opened them because I had to buy a shirt elsewhere for our family photos due to the excessive shipping time. When I tried to return, the phone number wasn’t in service and it took forever for anyone to answer my emails. They offered me a 30% refund and discount on a future product to just go away. I said I want to return these and get a full refund. They then said I had to pay to ship this to China on my dime. The site shows the address as Miami, FL on the return policy page and contact page. Their site also says “easy refunds and cancellations” which is another joke. There is nothing easy about dealing with them. Stay far away from them!

Scam artists. Ordered 3 shirts on multipack buy expecting greatness. Shirts not as advertised. didn't fit properly. I have sent over 20 emails to the listed email on their website, but no answers at all totaly rafio silence.

I ordered a large which is my usual size although it didn’t fit properly. They sent an XL quickly. Shirts look great. Perfect for places like Florida where I don’t need heavy winter clothes.

Bought some trousers, they took over 4 weeks to be delivered. When they did the quality was poor so I asked to return. I had to ask 5 times for a return address. I paid for the postage to return and never received a refund for the trousers. They were so difficult to deal with, wasted my time and I never got my money back.

I ordered 3 XL shirts, it is a size I normally get. Unfortunately it was too big on me. I requested to exchange the items for a Large. For one time only Trueform said I can keep those items and have a new batch resent in proper size. That is customer service at its best! Thank you Trueform!

Fabulous customer service, my son ordered two t-shirts and they were too snug, Trueformwear responded instantly to my email request to exchange and went further to offer two new larger tops for free. Amazing! Thank you Trueformwear he received them and they're perfect.

I wish I had done some check on this website beforehand. Avoid this company like the plague. Customer Service is literally non-existence. No one will reply back to messages. I will try and claim back my money from the bank. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND A POXY DROPSHIP COMPANY THAT USES SHOPIFY TO HOST THEIR WEBSITE.

I have sent over 20 emails to the listed email on their website, but no answers at all totaly rafio silence. I called credit card and initiated a charge back but nothing yet, might have lost £60 on the shirts and £30 on returning this back, yes £30 for returns!!!

4/5!! I ordered 5 shirts from Trueformwear. LOVE the quality and the fit based on their recommended sizing. I feel really confident in the lookm style, and color options! Unfortunately double ordered one color and Customer Service offered to replace the shirt with a new color for free-which was so kind!

The entire experience would receive a 5 but shipping is taking too long. It took around a month for shirts (which I was warned about head of time) and I have not yet received the new shirt.

This won't deter my future ordering but something to note.
