Disappointing Experience with TruBalance App
I had been using the TruBalance app for managing my loans and was expecting better services. Unfortunately, after closing my old loans, I didn't receive any new loan offers despite having a good credit score and repayment history.
The app's algorithm seems to be flawed as it doesn't consider my eligibility for new loans. The lack of personalized offers and poor customer support makes it a disappointing experience.
I urge the TruBalance team to improve their assessment criteria and provide more relevant loan options to their users.
