Truck Add Ons 

Was sent wrong Parts. Returned wrong ones and was not refunded the money. When I called and said something the returns manager said he could not help me and I should learn how to read my emails. What i did wrong was sent two items with one shipping tag by accident, but all the the order number were on the correct parts and they received my shipment. So im out $465 because a company sent me the wrong parts and i went through the trouble of sending the rear leaf springs back and a sorry for ya and him telling me to learn how to read is all i get. I wonder how a company can even stay open with service this way.

Ordered a Tracrac for my new Ford Ranger Supercab and got the track portion within the week. Only problem was it took another few days to get the racks and two days later the free locking knobs. All parts received were in perfect shape and were the right parts for my compact pickup. I paid seventy dollars less than any other seller, plus got forty dollars of locking knobs free, and got everything within two and a half weeks. Crystal and Michelle were knowledgeable and helpful. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

We ordered a truck bed cover from truckaddons.com, we got it a week later. Upon inspecting the cover we discovered a yellow sticker this sticker stated "This product was previously damaged in shipping, do not ship." Well they shipped it anyway it had a HUGE dent in the top of it. So we wanted to send it back, and they tried to make us pay shipping to send back there broken crap they sent us! So finally (after like 5 phone calls) they send a pickup 4 it so after like 2 weeks we FINALLY get a new one and guess what...Its so big they sent us the wrong damn 1!!! So we call um again and this time we get a decently friendly person on the line and hes gonna send a pick up 4 the thing and we wont be ordering from them again and i don't recommend this company to anyone! No one order from them they SUCK!
