Only details to be improved
I simply have two complaints:
1. many times when I check Request Item, I don't get the notification when it comes back in stock. I guess it's more of a programming problem with the website.
2. (And the biggest problem I've had): years ago you guys didn't take so long to ship packages. I think you used to send them any day that wasn't Sunday. Today (especially today) I have checked it again: I requested an order on the 5th, and today, on the 10th, it has been shipped. It seems too much to me, especially considering that I didn't have this problem with you before.

I bought from here several times and has been no hassle.
If troll and toad don't have it, you probably won't be able to find it elsewhere in my country.
An option to add more items to an already existing order before shipping would be nicer.

Cards definitely weren't in NM condition…
Cards definitely werent in NM condition with alot of whitening on the back and scratches on the Holographic... this isn't the first time this has been the case.

The process of selling my cards with very easy and I got store credit on one order and PayPal on the other took about a week for the store credit and I'm still currently waiting on the Paypal payment and it's going on 2 weeks that is the only complaint that I have that's kind of a long time for it to be pending that's it
