Purchased a beautiful watch from you for my son but after two years the battery stopped. I took it to a local jeweler who then broke the hands of the watch trying to get to the battery. I then went to a high end jeweler who repairs watches and they said they couldn't take the back off and we should send it back to you. We did. It was stuck in customs for six months and we still don't have the watch back. He loved this watch. Its been six months and we are still trying to track it down.

I ordered 2 pieces od watch strap - one have original look as was used on Triwa Falken and second was realy cheap, hard, and hot good quality.

I ordered a dark blue wrist/ watch band for one of my Triwa watches, wanted to replace the old one.
Imagine my surprise when it didn't fit! It was to thick to go on / could not close/ put back the pins with the new wrist band on.
Very disappointed!

I own a Nevil White, but unfortunately the logo and three letters came off. That experience made me reconsider the value and build quality of Triwa watches. Now, when it comes to price range and design, I find myself leaning toward brands like Hamilton, Seiko, Mondaine, or Bulova.

I have had a Hu34D Humanium watch now for ages. I have had no problems with it at all. It looks great and is very well made. Ordering replacement straps from Triwa is easy. I live in the UK and items are dispatched quickly and efficiently. And it is a great talking point too. I woud recommend unreservedly.

Ordered the Hu39D, it has a clean and smooth look to it, feels robust and the best part must be that it is made of melted guns

Beautiful looking watches let down by bad design and poor quality. It's near impossible to change the battery on my Falken As the force needed to remove the back of the case is enough (every single time) to dislodge the hands from the dial. Because of the case design this cannot be rectified unless you disassemble the watch and remove the crystal to access the dial and replace the hands. Having to do this every time the battery dies, which seems to be quite a bit as the cheap Chinese quartz movement seems to drink them up, is an absolute joke, and a fault in design. This watch is mutton dressed as lamb. And there's much better quality and value to be had from many Chinese micro brands.

I love the sunglasses I got. The website experience is not the best via phone but works just fine on the laptop.

Since making the purchase on July 7, 2025, I have had multiple problems. First, the items did not arrive in Berlin within the two days stated in the purchase order. Later, I requested that the recipient's name be added to the address, but it was not possible to modify it. As a last resort, on July 21, 2025, I requested that the items be shipped to Colombia or that I be refunded the amount I paid. However, your customer service email, is inefficient and incompetent. They do not respond, address communications, or even acknowledge receipt of communications. I am extremely disappointed and indignant because I have received no customer service. I strongly encourage you to review your distribution and customer service systems, as they are inadequate. It is my profound hope that you will ultimately reach a resolution to this quandary, as it has thus far proven impossible to receive the purchased items or obtain a refund.

Easy to order, and I received the item quickly.
I dropped stars because I previously emailed the company on 28/05/2024 about the watch (which was a limited release, but no longer showing), asking if there was a way to source one, or stockists that might have some, and I was completely ignored. Not even a "no, sorry".
It was coincidence that the watch came back and I saw it in time. It soured my view of Triwa (who I had previously bought from).

I love shopping at Triwa! Thos was my fourth purchase and definitely not last. Their customer service is great, they like to keep in touch but you are not bombarded by emails, the watch are even better in reality than expected from pictures and the environmental message behind it worth supporting. Well done, Triwa!

Nice colour. But not very well made. Molding of watch not that smooth and strap keeps popping off whenever it has some resistance. Not worth the money. Better off with a Casio or Swatch. Also, though less than two weeks old customer service not convinced it a design issue.
