Great experience overall. The trip between Mecca and Medina was well organized, and the ziyaraat were very beneficial. The guides explained places like Ghar Hira in a way that was easy to understand and spiritually meaningful. Would definitely recommend.

It was our second Umrah with trip studio and Alhamdulillah just like the first one it was flawless. My wife contacted Sister Saeeda who helped us in every possible way. Also want to mention brother Ahmed who was very approachable and kind Ma Shaa Allah.
From our flights to transfer from airport to hotels and Madinah to Makkah, everything was top notch. Haider (transport service) and his drivers (Ali Abrar and Ishtiaq - especially Ali who was very friendly and a great company) were very professional and punctual.
We did not have to worry about anything and could focus on our Ibadah.

Commendable service by Trip Studio (Sister Saeeda, Brother Ahmed and Brother Ali). Highly recommended. In Shaa Allah we will definitely contact them for our next Umrah. May Allah give them ajar for their services to Hajis Ameen. May Allah accept our ibadah and grant us opportunity to visit Makkah and Madinah for Umrah and Hajj again. Ameen Allahuma Ameen.

This was our second Umrah trip with the trip studio, and both times, our experience has been nothing short of amazing. The entire process from the initial booking to our return home was very smooth and hassle free. We were primarily assisted by Syeda from Trip studio, who is truly a gem of a person. She was extremely helpful and incredibly kind, ensuring that our journey was seamless. Hotels and transfers were all arranged as promised.
Highly recommend their services to anyone planning an Umrah trip.

This was my first umrah trip and I went my mother. I want to say that I was very happy with the service and I have nothing to complain about. Throughout the whole trip I was looked after and the organisers did a fantastic job taking us from place to place and giving us a tour of different places in both Makkah and madina. My mother is also quite old and they did a really good job in looking after her and to make she was okay every time. For what I paid, this company exceeded my expectations and I hope to join them in more trips if Allah enables be to do so. Thank you to everyone involved and I hope Allah puts barrakh in your business. Also big thank you to brother Hisham who was very patient and helpful during the whole trip and I hope Allah rewards you for your efforts.

They were very helpful and made my trip run very smoothly would definitely go with them again.

Great company, that aided us in every way possible. They made sure that we were comfortable and were quick to help if any problem rose. They are honest and reliable, I would definitely travel with them again to do my Ummrah.

The booking by the organisers was excellent, with no issues. The trip went smoothly overall, and the hotel room was clean, spacious, however had no iron or kettle facility. Hotel food and facilities were of a 4* and the entertainment team was accommodating.
Transfer minibus to the hotel needs to be more organised as they did not have a list of all the passengers and sat lazily waiting for everyone to arrive. On our return journey home majority of the group members weren’t informed about schedule changes, causing delays. Better communication would have improved the experience. It's difficult to know which company is at fault.

The hole process starting from home the communication between Saida was absolutely brilliant. When we were in Maraccach Airport we didn't find the driver it was our fault. However within one phone call to Saida she sorted out the problem and find us the driver.

Very good little holiday at Marrakech and great price for a quick get away. Everything was just on point thanks to Sadia & the team ...hopefully many more holidays with you guys... keep these offers and small getways coming ☺️👌👌💯✔️

Spent an amazing 10 days in Makkah and Madina!! Our group leader Sadia made our first time Umrah experience very comfortable. She was nice and caring and also constantly checked up on others. I highly recommended trip studio to others

My umrah experience with sadiyah was amazing. my elder sister, my two daughters, my son and I all had an amazing experience. Sadiya was nice, and very patient with anything that arrived late. She is always eager to help anyone in the group and overall just a nice person. We immediately knew we have to travel with her again. We would definitely recommend to others and would 100% travel with her again.

Very smooth trip. Unforseen events were communicated quickly and effectively. The itinerary was well thought out and easy to follow while not being too draining. Ample free time to explore.
