Delinquent man cheating customers

I can’t warn everyone enough of this con person: Seth Vincent, owner of tripadvisorafricasafaris.
This person is a con and a liar. He has no shame in writing dubious quotations to later screw the customer.
This delinquent is damaging the image of Kenya. I have emails and WhatsApp communication to prove what I’m writing.
Do yourself a favor, do not consider this delinquent in your options. There are several very serious Safari companies in Kenya offering fair deals.

SETH VINCENT IS A CON MAN, AVOID THIS COMPANY

SETH VINCENT IS A CON MAN

We have had the most miserable Safari experience organised by Seth Vincent.

We booked on a tour of Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru with this tour operator ‘Trip Advisor Africa Safaris’, operated by Seth Vincent.

We have spent our trip being harassed through calls and texts from the tour organiser, Seth Vincent. He is persistently asking us for extra money for previously agreed services and ended up cutting our trip short and not providing half the pre-agreed services. Our hotel was downgraded and filthy.

From further research into Seth's practices, we have found significant volumes of similar reviews of his practices on review websites and it appears he runs unsafe tours and regularly demands money or changes services offered.

This man has sent us 50+ messages, constant calls and leveraged the rangers as well to take us to unagreed places at unagreed times.

Avoid this man and company at all costs.

An Experience of a Life time !!

An Experience of a Life time !!

The Safari with Trip Advisor Africa Safaris was truly an experience of a lifetime. I've been to the Great Wall of China, Iguazu Falls in Argentina, Machu Picchu in Peru, and many other beautiful places but this Safari to Masai Mara for 3 days was the best trip I've ever had in my life.

Trip Advisor Africa Safaris is the best safari company with the best prices, the best people and the best experience. It all starts with great communication with seth Vincent, who is very friendly and helpful in his emails keeping us updated about the trip. Our guide Anthony picked us up in the van for our trip promptly on time at 0500. We then drove to Masai Mara from Nairobi which normally takes 6hrs. We hit lots of traffic that was not moving since the night before. Anthony brilliantly took another route to make sure we get to the Masai Mara park. We arrived at breakfast a few hours later and were delighted with the buffet style of amazingly delicious foods. We then left to finish the drive to Masai Mara and stopped at a Masai village along the way. It's an extra 100$ paid to the chief of the village but it was very much worth it. This is a great place to buy real authentic souvenirs. Shortly after we entered the Masai Mara gate to get into the park and thus began the safari.

The safari was indeed a breathtaking experience. Its like being in a movie with all the animals out and about. Everything from zebras, giraffes, elephants, baboons, birds, gazelles, water buffalo's, lions, cheetahs, etc. The animals even sometimes come very close to the van. Anthony was very very good in directing us to the animals. Anthony can spot the animals extremely well. I was very impressed with his skills. Anthony also kept talking to other safari drivers on the radio to find where the animals are. We had a beautiful picnic in Masai Mara with a lunch box provided by Anthony and it hit the spot very nicely. We finished the safari for the day at dusk and arrived at our accommodations just outside the park. We were very very impressed with our tent room. Its a huge tent with everything in the room you normally get in a hotel. We did not think the accommodations would be so nice. It was very luxurious and it was only the basic room. The food at the resort for dinner was very nice. We even had access to wifi while there. You can hear the lions making noises at night about 8km away. A Masai will take you to your tent after dinner. It's not advisable to walk around at night by yourself. We slept very well. Breakfast was again delicious and after we headed back into the park for another half day of Safari at 0700. Make sure to give a tip in the tip box at the tent hotel where you stay. We had another wonderful day in the park and once again we were in awe as to how amazing and beautiful it was to see all the animals in there natural habitat. At 1100 we left to park and headed back to our hotel in Nairobi. It was about 6hrs to get back with almost 2hr on dirt roads then 4hrs on good roads.

Make sure to tip the drivers as much as possible. 100$ per day or more is good. The drivers/guides work very hard and drive all day. I was very impressed with our guide Anthony and his fantastic work ethic and guidance.

I'm looking forward to going back one day. But if I were to do it again I would do it for at least 3 or more days. 3 days is good but its tiring. With 5 days you can relax a little more. I could drive in the park for hours at a time and watch the animals. They offer a van where the top is open or a jeep for extra. The van was fine but a little bumpy if you can afford the extra money a jeep would be a little better and little more comfortable and if it rains a lot a jeep is best. Remember this is Kenya and anything can happen, it is not the fault of the company or guides if it rains and the roads are bad or there is traffic or if something beyond their control happens. They do the best they can and even better.

Our 3 day Masai Mara Safari was indeed an experience of a lifetime and with Trip Advisor Africa Safaris ,you are in the best hands with the best prices and the best people, highly recommended !!!
