Never get involved with them people

Never never buy from these Scammers!. 100% scammers. You will lose more money. My flight was cancelled by Turkish airlines. Trip ask me to pay for assisted services 30Euro to change my flight. I don't think i should pay as airlines cancelled my flight. Trip insisted that i pay. So i paid. After paying for change date. Trip didn't change my flight date. They sent me email the same cancelled flight itinerary. When i emailed them, they started ignoring all my emails. When & if they do sometimes reply. They asking me to pay again for their assisted services 30 Euro. It's always by some Indian person's name and asking to pay & pay. So i gave up realizing i had been scammed & i had to buy new tickets directly from Turkish Airlines. I lost all my money buying from Trip. Scammers!! Please inform all your friends never to buy from Trip or be ready to lose all your money & your flight.

Trip.ua is a fraudster organization. Do not have any deal with this fraudster. Book.Ref. ZYVDKY. they do not inform me on time that the flight is cancelled. The money is not refunded. I am going to the court.

I've went on this website after a transfer from Skyscanner. Filled all info and card details. Then got an error and a massage to start over.
Did again and got the same error.

Went on other website and purchased successfully. After a few hours I received 2 emails with the flight tickets for the same info on the same flight.

The company never replied my emails. On phone they said they will check and call back. They never did. They declined my dispute with the c.c company.

NEVER BUY TICKETS FROM THEM!!!

If there was 0 star you would definitely take it worst travel agency ever, my flight was cancelled by the airline and they didn't inform me i sent two emails and called twice and didn't reach anyone and once they picked the call they want to charge me 32$ +65$ the price of flexible ticket not recommended at alll even if the airline cancelled they will charge you and most of the tickets are flexible and will make you pay for flexible tickets that have no sense because even if you need to change the dates you will have to pay 100$ extra

Irresponsible crooks! They don't refund if the flight is cancelled. They don't reply to the requests. They ignore emails and don't answer phone calls.

Never contact this service, ua.trip.ua does not fulfill its obligations. Contacts for communication are hidden in the third state, they do not respond!

I have a reservation by my trip istanbul - amsterdam - İstanbul with my hasband. But I have mesege what my flight is canceled. I spent 500$ for this flight and I need to come to Amsterdam at this date. Our booking number XPAJBA (L0MO4v)
If this airline does not fly, then I ask you to send us with any other company that will fly on these dates
I call you four times and I sent you a request to email address. But you said what you needs more time. I need to take my money back or fly for another fly for these date because it's left only 4 days...
