I had a chain fixed there and within a week it broke($35.00). Returned to store and explained situation, they suggested I get a new chain, which I did and was expecting the $35.00 to be taken off, No. walked out with $60. 00 chain and won’t be walking back into that store again.

Travis was attentive and professional, listening to my storey and formed is presentation of rocks around me. With out being pushy. The ring he had created was exactly for me. He resized it overnight and I collected it. Communication was easy, efficient and prompt. I am continuously intrigued with my dazzlingly ring. Thank you Travis!
