Ordered a hoodie December 1, 2108, it is still in the printing stage of the process on December 27, 2018. Have sent 3 claims to try and make contact with the company. I have received 1 return email stating they are working on the hoodie. Will I ever get the hoodie that this company has already received payment for????

I ordered a t-shirt for my boyfriend, and at first I was excited, but I ordered 2 by mistake and tried to cancel the extra order. Instead, they've charged me for both. I've tried to contact them to complain about the poor customer service but now they're ignoring me in both emails and messages.

Poor, poor customer service!! Well, no customer service! They dont refund! I only wanted one shirt but was charged for 2. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to ordering, lesson learned.

This company has no concept of customer service!
This company has no concept of customer service. I initially ordered the wrong month not knowing that you must search for the month first followed by the shirt color and size. I followed up with 2 additional orders for the correct month. I received 3 order confirmations and emailed back for the return and refund process for the wrong month shirt. SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. It did not appear that they could understand that Nothing was wrong with the product other than the wrong month. Long story short, this company said it was my fault and to give the shirt to someone else. Wow!. BUYERS BEWARE! THIS COMPANY HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS NOR DO THEY CARE as long as they got your money.

Purchased an item online within 5 minutes after it was taken from my visa account I contacted them for a refund as it was not the right size ..then after contacting their web site they said I couldnt get my refund..Im still trying but I doubt I will hear from them and they make it very hard to contact them..dont buy

I ordered ONE shirt and they created 2 order #s and charged me for 2 shirts. The print was wrong too. They refuse to refund my money and I had to get my bank's fraud dept. involved. Do NOT order from these con artists, you will regret it.
