Orders never arrived
Would never purchase from this company again. I bought a dress early December but only paid for standard shipping (10 day shipping) as the 10 days past and my event started fast approaching I decided to order a 2nd version of the dress for express shipping. Neither dress arrived within the alotted timeframe but what made matters worst is that the first dress never showed up at all. Although trendstory refunded me for this, by the time the 'express' dress turned up (way past the timeframe it should have arrived in) I packaged it up and paid recorded postage to send it back. Once they received the £80 dress back from me they then said it had 'passed' the returns period and they would not grant me my money back. I spend ages emailing back and forth trying to explain that neither dress had turned up on time, one dress hadn't even turned up at all but they would not grant me a refund, despite it being their fault. They said they would return the dress to me however its been 5 months now of back and forth emailing and I haven't received the £80 dress I paid for or a refund. I am absolutely appalled led and utterly disgusted, I've never dealt with a company like it. I will probably never get the dress back that I have paid good money for and I have wasted countless hours of my life emailing back and forth with Trend story over a 5 month period to ultimately be ignored and end up £80 down and no refund nor dress to show for it....
