Bad luck
First of all, the ring is so beautiful, but regarding transportation and communication with the customer service team...things leave something to be desired
First, I received an email stating that the package would arrive in 3-4 days even though I had paid for fast delivery, meaning 1-2 days.
I communicated this to customer service and they responded quickly that engraving can add an extra business day and I understood this. And then the delivery was delayed by one day with each passing day
It took a week or so for the package to arrive, not in a timely manner at all.

Damaged products
I ordered a ring a month ago, the "Silver-Tone Stainless Steel With Chunky Chain & Roman Numerals Ring". I returned it when the first one arrived because the chain was stuck on the ring, i couldn't rotate which is the whole point of this ring. After 2 weeks of struggling to swap it, another came today, just as damaged as the first one.. Im done with this website, they're slow response time and vague answers.
