Gladly changed from fareharbor to trekksoft!!

Great software and the onboarding was very pleasant. We were using fareharbor before, but decided to switch to trekksoft due to the lower fees. The transfer of tours was done in just 3 weeks and the guidance has been evry personal. I cannot be happier with this booking platform and want to thank Cristiana a lot for the great onboarding, thank you!!

TrekkSoft is a great software for tour companies that use it on a daily basis. We mostly use it as link to OTA-s and our website but every day we are discovering more and more of its features. Confidence and colaboration

Trying to get a refund for a…

Trying to get a refund for a reservation that was cancelled according to instructions. No reply to emails - 5 tries, 4 months already.

If there is a booking to be made through Trekksoft, don’t do it. Find another tour/destination/agency. In case of issues, you eill lose your money.

Disappointed

They promise you the world.
Did training with them did not completely understand everything. Now trying to reach them and no one will answer my emails. Had an agent call and email me twice a day before I signed up. Have 10 products on my web site with only 2 Book Now on two products only.

I wouldn’t even give 1star

I wouldn’t even give 1star! I’m trying to refund a customer due to a cancelled booking, they won’t do it as the customers card has expired. I have to bank transfer, and I won’t receive the money until a week after the original check in date (5m time)! No phone number, no phone calls, just generic emails and a customer now threatening legal action

The worst

The worst! Not one single phone call they can be reached at. Been trying to receive payments from my bookings but they will not release any payments. When you request someone to talk to they will just ignore your request. Very very shady! Supposedly they are adhering to some kind of compliance regulation but will not give you any information about that either.

This is a joke

This is a joke, you have to pay 100EU monthly for one year for nothing, customer services suck, the software doesn't work properly.
You have to wait for more than a weak for help because customer services had a vacation, but there are not on vacation when you have to pay for a year that they promise you all.
Too much difficult to set up the calendar and all systems which do not work as you want.

Big disappointment, never more !!

DON’T DO IT.

I agree with the comments here. Great sales pitch, they promise the earth, but don’t deliver.

I cancelled my subscription before the renewal period, but they charged me for the next full year anyway!

They have since cancelled my subscription and refuse to return my money. They refuse to reply to emails, wont get back to me, management is no where to be seen.

DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

FInd another solution.

Very Bad Customer service

They have a great Sales department, that promise you everything you ask or need. When you have an issue they are not there to support in the things they promised you and you paid the whole year in advance.

I had an issue with them that is incredible in a self proclaimed leader company in the booking software industry have. Problems at checkout with IOS (unbelievable) with the widget for websites out of their platform.

This company is not trusty.

I have to say that besides that the software is excellent and but it is useless if you can't collect the booking payments or have someone that solves any issue that may arise promptly and diligent.

This is a highly efficient Sales…

This is a highly efficient Sales Company which will promise anything in order to produce quite an average website. I believe most of the well spoken salespeople work from home on a part-time basis. No consistency. Over Promise and Under Deliver is our impression. We have lost £1800.00.
