I had to enter some items more than once. When I put in the departure date and put the same date in the return date. After a while, it finally took it.

I recently had to cancel a trip to Europe due to health issues. The agency that I bought tickets and insurance from were just awful, thank goodness I had Trawick as my insurance. I was blessed to have David H. from Trawick help me every step of the way. He was so helpful and comforting. I was so nervous and upset about how I was treated or lack there of by the ticketing agency. David H. walked me thru every step needed to file a claim as well as following up on the status.
I cannot thank you enough David H. for being a kind, caring, and decent human.

We have been using them a while.
Sadly the first time we encountered a situation where United canceled the flight and rebooked only 30 hours later

So we had to book a new route to get home and they decided to decline the claim with no explanation. When we appeal they just sent us into a long waiting with no communication

Save yourself from using them not worth the frustration

I would like an option for cancel for any reason on an annual coverage plan for non-refundable expenses.

Knowledgeable representative. Able to explain the options and provide the information needed.

It was fine. Hopefully we don’t have to use it. But good to play safe.

We had to cancel our trip to Peru partway through due to illness of my partner. We had to leave early and book a new flight home. We filed a claim, giving all the supporting documentation including an excel file with the times, dates and receipts. It took a long time to get a response and when we finally received response they told us they could not open the zip file. We had to resend items multiple times, and they were always very delayed in their responses. We even called the company 3 or 4 times and asked to speak with the claims adjustor ourselves but were told we could not speak with them. This back and forth went on for 5 months - they would request items we had already sent multiple times. Then when they emailed they were paying the claim they left out 3 major items that should have been reimbursed. The email basically said this is it, this is what you are getting. We called the company AGAIN and were told we have to go through an appeals process, which is what we are doing now. I DO NOT recommend this company and will not be using them again in the future.

My wife and I have used this travel insurance for a while. My wife uses this one. Affordable. Choices to choose from. And we feel better with confidence traveling. Thank you Jackson Family PS.
