I ordered a five cities travel bag from this company but I never received it. I have contacted them over and over again and got no where so I have asked for a refund.

Order at your own risk…. But I won’t ever again.

The handle of the bag broke off on the last day of my trip. The bag is spacious but the handle is very flimsy. I had to carry my 10 kgs bags which was very inconvenient.
Will not recommend buying this bag.

Exactly want we wanted from a cheap lightweight suitcase. Was looking for a cheap, lightweight suitcase to take on board a Ryanair flight. Arrived in the time frame they stated, built quality as expected, fitted the Ryanair bag checker (we tested). Nothing broke on the journeys and we moved around the city we stayed on arrival.

I can't review the product as I haven't used the cabin bag yet! It looks good which is all I can say at the moment.

Looks like a really good case. Love the colour, it's lightweight and just the right size for a few days away. Have a trip to Krakow booked soon and I'll be trying out the case then.

Returned my order as per the instructions on the website. I have proof of delivery. Sent 2 emails, no reply, rang them, no answer. Left a voice mail no call back. To date, no response and no refund

Paid for two travel bags, one 10kg and one carry on. Only one arrived, emailed to say the other hadn’t arrived, I’ve had no response. Wouldn’t use this company ever again.

Never delivered what I paid for .
Never replied to my emails .
Never answered my phone calls .
Don’t buy anything from this company.

Delivered in time but didn't realise it was a signed delivery but still got my case looks good and happy with it

I placed an order for a two-item package. Only one item has arrived. I’ve emailed in three times in the two weeks since I ordered. ZERO response. Awful customer service.

Having researched and particularly read all these reviews I ordered a small cabin bag. Over the last 24 hours I was given a delivery time expiring at 2100 last night when suddenly my delivery disappeared’. I have tried every way I can to contact Yodel who keep telling me they need to chat - impossible as always. More annoyingly I have emailed the company twice and phoned upwards of 20 times and goes straight to email. I would love the opportunity to review the product but in order to do that I need to receive it!

I am happy to report I have now heard from the company who were happy to resend the item or refund which is a perfect response although a little tardy.
I have also received an email that I have a delivery due which is now heading for ah hour overdue. Simply cannot trust a word they say.
