Travellink have now (March 2026) started to charge people with a Prime subscription out of the blue. That is 150 dollars.

I reached out to Travellink via their online chat. They redirected me to the Prime service team by giving me an email and a phone number that do not exist.

travel link prime is a scam

travel link prime is a scam - I enrolled and sent an email to leave within the required 14 days periode. Travellink has tried to charge the annual fee twice - recently charging my new mastercard - where card details where never submitted to travel link. my bank is now closing my new card with a hard block on travellink to avoid the my next new card is charged by travel link. - ofcourse travellink is impossible to reach and never reply on mails

So... no 👎

So... this has been a very long case. They changed my flight to were the dates was off. I have talked with them, I don't know how many times... I will say, the people in costumerservise are very nice and seem to really want to help, but then come "the agents" they're like a wall, literally. I know my original tickets are stil getting sold directly at the airline, but it does not make a difference. They will tell you that it is all on the airlines part, but talked to the airline, and they (logically) say that it is the buying company that is responsible. I was dumb and didn't check the points in here beforehand, because it really makes sense after reading about them. I will also warn people, they do not have people for different languages, and some of them don't know their accents are VERY strong. So if you are not a strong english-speaker be prepared for it... I could keep going about this, but ended up giving up and will be writing to the ombudsman of DK and EU.
PS. Talked to them directly at least ten times.
I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. EVER! 😮‍💨

near impossible to unsubscribe

Unsubscribing from premium membership has so many hurdles it almost feels impossible.
Example: The only way to cancel is to call customer support -> pressing the only contact us button in the app takes you to a bot -> the bot tells you to call and gives two phone numbers "0" and "0" -> you're now in a loop where the bot thinks it solved your issue yet you're back to the beginning of this loop with no way out (that's just the beginning of the hurdles)

I took accidentally Travellink’s…

I took accidentally Travellink’s premium and had to cancell it. Called to a nimber and theysaid it is also possible to cancel on DESKTOP website (not on mobile). So, if anyone need to know. The service was really kind and straight forward on phone too. I’m long time user of Travellink and no complaints.

Great service

Very satisfied. I had to add baggage. There was some trouble in the beginning, when the airline said I had to add via Travellink, while Travellink gave med link to the airline. But the chatbot got me an agent who solved it immediately. Very good and quick service!

I used Momondo which directed me to Travellink. They offered a travel from Sweden to Thailand with return ticket and a good hotel. I booked it with refund protection. After payment they confirmed the hotel booking and the flight in return but not the flight to destination. After a while they came back and told the hotel was booked with wrong rate and gave two options: pay more or accept full refund with no extra costs. Many many e-mails from them and very difficult to answer in return. They paid back 60 %. A fraud company. This is an on going case.

Cancelling the membership

Okey. The phonecall wall extreemly long to cancel the prime membership. It is not nice to listen long peaches of prime penifits when one simply wants to cancel the membership.

Booking the flight was easy

Booking the flight was easy, but I don't like the style of marketing Prime accout.
You can try free, but then it will be automatically renewed for one year and then again. I think it should not be renewed automatically. It was a rather difficult process to cancel it.

Do not trust to travel link

We made reservation for whole vacation.
Travellink Did start accomodation same day as flight take-off (overnight fligt) That was noticed from payment confirmation.
Immediately contacted travellink . They said Due hotel policy Changes not possible.

During next days Also Hotel did contact them, that there is no any problem, Agent just need to adjust reservation and all fine. However, Travellink/Expedia/Edreams Did not do anything. At last moment hotel said they have to invoice as Agent did not do anything. So I made claim 1 Night at expensive all inclusive hotel. First only demand to return that one night, what we were at plane. Not at accomodation. Nothing happened. Only lies and promises. Now after 2 month 2 times they have promise to send incvoice copy, (What they demand to attach to claim) and also proper answer in 48hrs. That answer we have been waiting 2 weeks.)
Now Demand is +1000€ /week. Due the reasons. Not only bad customer service, but lying to customer. My contact should be travellink only. They push me to Expedia, then invoicing issues Vial Edreams and finally Edreams send answer with travellink stamps on it.

SO DO NOT USE TRAVELLINK!!! They cant do the only work what you think travel agency should be able to do.

This is now go to Official. So I need to collect all messages.

Update 4/26 again promises like earlier Total bullshit ... No actions
