Scammy Upsell Circus

Scammy outfit indeed. Tries to up-sell like crazy, and keeps your tickets and time hostage to try to sell more stuff on top.
At the very end of the transaction, what do you know? The price has gone up, while you were ordering. What are the odds?! Now you have to consider whether you're time already invested, is worth giving into another trick. I'm sure that's illegal, but it seems travel agencies are never held reliable.

Never ever use TravelLink, and always buy straight from the airline. Despite the apparent price difference, because you are always going to eventually pay at least the same, but now you're also angry, as well.

Our experience with Travelink has been awfull!!!!!!
We purchased a trip that, that included a full refund option.
The airline (Indi Go) cancelled our flights—not us—and we therefore requested the refund we were entitled to under the conditions we had been given.
Despite this, we initially received no refund at all, and we had to go through a long process ( almost 3 weeks) to challenge the decision.
During our communication, we were told lies like our payment had not gone through, something we confirmed was a lie immidiatly. When we presented this documentation, the explanations we received were changed to technical errors (what they told os many times)… We also repeatedly asked for written confirmation of the decisions being made, but we did not receive the documentation we requested.
Even though we provided all relevant evidence, including Travelink’s own written refund rules, we still did not receive the full amount. We were eventually refunded 474 euros, despite our booking and the materials provided indicating we should have received 696 euros.
As a result of this process, we have lost a significant amount of money. Based on our documented experience, we advise others to review all terms extremely carefully before choosing to book through Travelink

Never buy tickets through Travellink

Never buy tickets through Travellink – use the airline directly

Travellink has scammed me by keeping my money even though Wizz Air has already confirmed that the refund was processed. Despite this, Travellink refuses to return my money.

Customer service is extremely poor. You are routed to call centers in India where you never get a clear or concrete answer to your questions. Every response is vague, repetitive, and avoids taking responsibility.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating and time-consuming.
Never buy flight tickets through Travellink. Always book directly via the Wizz Air website instead. Travellink cannot be trusted when something goes wrong.

Sell you the wrong tickets

Dont book with travellink.
Ladt month we did travel to Latin America where we did book two flights with travellink for the Volaris airline.
Both tickets we did buy with cabin bags but apperently travellink did sell us tickets without cabin bags. It ended with both time we did pay for cabin bags from Volaris at the airport.
I have asked refund from travellink, i got my first refund but i have still not got the second refund and it has been a month.

Now travellink says they wait response from the airline. It is funny because before second flight few days before the flight i did ask them to contact the airline to fix the missing cabin bags so we dont need to pay for the cabin bags. Then they told me that they cannot contact the airline and adked me to wait for the flight pay for the cabin bags and ask for a refund.
But now they say they wait response from the airline before refund.
After so many hours lost druing my vacation and after my vacation, they just tell me to wait. And when i ask for compensation for all the time i have spend they just say not possible.

This website is surely a scam

This website is surely a scam! Ofcourse you can buy tickets, flights and so on. But, if you subscribe to their Prime or Prime Plus, they make a loop hole that you can not get out of it. They put it somewhere that you can not easily cancel your subscription and every year you need to pay 99 Eur to them. At the moment, I am waiting for their time taking answering machine to fix the issue. It is a scam surely, one example: The only place you can find a phone number for call to cancel this service is at the bottom of one of their emails with an unclear gray color. I recommend to run away.

They are lying about Flex

They are lying about Flex .
I needed to change destination and they asked med to pay extra amount of money to change it.
It is unbelievable.

Confusion of cancelation

I have recieved a SMS from a chinese flight company, saying our flight has been cancelled, and our tickets have been reschuled to a later plane (which does not fit our plans), but on your website, it says it is the old tickets. please help

Absolute disaster

Absolute disaster, booking flights partly and cancelling 2/3 of the trip, does not refund middle flight. Tells to buy rest of the trip again manually - this is impossible as there is duplicate error on the profile. Customer service is aware of the issue and tells its a bug and its impossible to fix it - tells to buy tickets from external website. Changes prices as they wish on the checkout based on made up information - cancels payments for the same reason. 0 trust in this service from now on

It’s not a scam but it is as close as…

It’s not a scam but it is as close as you can get to a scam. When flying you don’t want to feel stressed about checking in before your travel. With Travellink they have made it extremely complicated to check in before you fly. I have travelled +200 times in my life and never have I spend so much time just figuring out how to check in online before a flight. Would never use travellink again! They make a simple task extremely difficult and complicated.

Travellink is a scam

I booked a return flight to Bali through Travellink. First the out bound flight got cancelled, and I am still trying to get my refund.
Now my return ticket has been changed, which is ok for me. But the airline say that Travellink must reissue my tickets for the changed flight, but Travellink refuses to do that.

Prepare for baby seat installation

A good car rental company but still needs some work for a complete and professional service. Our case was a family of five with a 3-year-old child who needed a child seat. I pre-booked everything (including the children's seat) two weeks in advance, and it was approved. Arrived at counter around 11:30pm and got the keys without problems. After a long walk to the parking place I saw the child's seat was not there. A long walk back to the counter praying they were still there. I asked about the seat and they gave me one in a plastic bag. Back again to the parking place with a 20Kg seat on my arms and then wasted more than 30min trying to understand how to install the f#¤%¤! thing at midnight and tired after a long trip. I managed to install it and drove away around 1pm.
The car was good but this situation made the whole process really annoying. So families with this kind of requirements need to confirm the installation before arriving to pick their cars up.

Quick and polite

The bot put me through with a human agent really quickly since he realised that my issue was sth he could not help with. The agent answered me within minutes which was a lot faster than I expected. My problem wasnt resolved instantly but it was due to issues on my end. The agent was really helpful and polite.

VARNING

I booked a round-trip ticket through Travellink. I missed the outbound flight due to a date mistake, bought a new one-way ticket and travelled anyway. When it was time to return, I was denied boarding at the airport and informed that my return flight had been cancelled — with no prior notice.

The most serious part is that Travellink’s website continued to show my return segment as confirmed all the way until the day of travel. Because of this misleading information, I had no chance to rebook in advance and was forced to buy a new return ticket on the spot at a much higher price.

In their email reply, Travellink admitted that their system only displays the “itinerary and not the ticket status” — but this is never communicated to the customer. They accept their fault but take no responsibility for the fact that they showed incorrect and incomplete information, even though that is what led directly to my financial loss.

I have filed a formal complaint and will never use Travellink again. If you expect accurate information or accountability from a travel agency, look elsewhere.
