Pathetic service
over a week back i made the booking, got call straigth away asking about service and to provide good review, which i did. I was told they will keep me updated throughout my flights from departure to arrival, by calls, emails and texts. The flight departure times have changed, which i suddenly found out directly through the Airline, but NOT FROM TRAVEL JUNCTION, the agent i spoke to today was very rude. only calling customer to gain good reviews after they paid for flight, but no accountability of anything afterwards.

Really easy to book with
It was very easy to book and see the flight they had available. They take all credit cards which was great as we wanted to pay with Amex. Also they updated us as once we booked our flight number had to changed I didn’t understand but I called them they answered the phone in a timely manner and explained everything to me. Rochelle was very polite and happy to help me.
