Communication is vital for a smooth booking process. Travel Counsellors (TC) ensure there is a routine flow of comms from first contact. TC can offer advice based on previous client bookings which gives piece of mind for your choice of accommodation.

First-class service! It completely took the stress out of travelling.

We booked our holiday through Travel Counsellors and honestly couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. From start to finish, everything was managed to perfection.

There was so much communication beforehand, with all our documents sent over in plenty of time, and a really lovely personal touch that you just don’t get when booking independently. Any changes to our flights or timings were picked up immediately, and Sarah was always on it and kept us informed.

During our holiday, we unfortunately had a couple of issues that were completely outside of anyone’s control; however, this is where Sarah really went above and beyond. She immediately arranged a transfer to another hotel and took care of everything, from hotel payments and logistics to contacting the new hotel and making sure everything was sorted for us.

It meant we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Sarah completely took the stress and hassle out of travelling, allowing us to simply enjoy our holiday.

I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to book through Travel Counsellors again. The service was genuinely first class, and having someone who is personally invested in making sure everything goes smoothly makes such a difference.

Fabulous trip to the Diamond League Final in Brussels arranged by Lee who was on hand before and during the trip to assist with any issues. Great hotel in Brussels centre close to the Grand Place and 2 fantastic evenings of athletics at the King Baudouin stadium. Flights, transfers between Brussels airport and hotel plus stadium tickets, everything top-notch. Would definitely book with this company again for similar trips.

We have booked numerous holidays with Margaret Ramm at Travel Counsellors over the last 16 years (from our honeymoon up to our recent holiday with 3 kids) and we've never been disappointed. Our most recent trip to Majorca was great - a lovely resort (Iberostar Club Cala Barca), and the flights/transfers etc. all went smoothly. Would 100% recommend TC!

It was a marvellous trip which went very smoothly. Transfers were excellent, hotels superb and excursions couldn't have been better. Sarah's planning and organisation were exemplary as always.

Sol really was informative at every stage. After saving our holiday (which was previously cancelled by the tour operator) within 24hrs. We were guided through every stage of our booking and whilst we were away. Quick replies and felt at ease.

People were helpful. Check in is now very different and can be confusing. A helpful staff to help through is good.
New E.E.Scheme can be intimidating but don't be put off.
Finland very good and Helsinki very relaxing place: not overcrowded. People most welcoming.
