Definitely 5-star quality and service. We received our cage barrier in good timing with easy to install instructions. We no longer have to deal with a falling pet barrier when traveling or having to adjust. It’s sleek and fitting design is very well done!

The order process was easy. TheTravall cargo separator and divider I received was exactly what I ordered. The item is well made, it fits my vehicle exactly as expected and it serves the function for which I will use it very satisfactorily.

I returned my item and did not receive my refund until over a month after it was delivered back to Travall

I thought the Travall dog restraint was easy to install in our Honda CRV. It is also easy to remove when you need to haul long items.

It keeps our dog safe and us safe if we ever have an accident; since a 100-pound dog flying towards the front of the car would be exceedingly dangerous for everyone.

This is a very sturdy barrier. I highly recommend.
I love this thing!!! No more repetitive "get back, get back, get back" as my guy gets excited on the way to the park. He would hang his paws on the back of the seat and get his excitement funk all over the back seats.
I chose this one because it doesn't take any of the cargo room like the tension rod kind. He is a big boy and he needs every bit of room there is. He also freaks out if there is Anything in the back with him so the tension rods would just add more anxiety. The Travall looks like it deserves to be in my Lexus not some wonky wal mart thing.

It arrived quickly.

So, just a heads up, there are very limited instructions for install. I mean like none at all. None of the parts are numbered so you will need to have a brain to install this. However, the Travall website has good descriptive pictures to help and there are dozens of how to vids on YouTube so it went in easy breezy once we got past the "what the heck" part.

After installation and I opened the back for him, My little guy (all 85lbs of him) looked at me like I just banished him from the pack but he is adjusting.

Also my husband says he feels like he is driving a police cruiser but that's ok because sometimes Remo is a little criminal.

Travail was delivered on time. However, once I installed it would not stay in place. Continues to fall out. Very poor design.

Love the durability. Love the infused with vanilla scent.

This is a well built dog gate. The only complaint I have is that it needs to be easier to install and remove.

Sturdy, good color, installation was not difficult and the guard fits perfectly. Good design....thanks very much.

Ordered a rubber cargo mat for a VW Golf sportswagen . It arrived promptly . Far better and cheaper than than OEM or a Weathertech substitute available everywhere !. Fit was excellent, vanilla smell pleasant not overwhelming, protective in the extreme . Available no where else but had once been available on Amazon. It was a totally smooth transaction, I am glad I took a chance.

Worth the extra money. Sturdy and attractive looking, and most importantly, keeps two dogs separated who are at times friends, others . . . not so much. Easy to disassemble and reassemble if required.

Travall divider between luggage area and passenger compartment seems taylor made for my 2018 Mercedes Benz GLC and a good solution since the manufacturer does not make a similar product, at least not yet. It fits solidly and securely. Installation was not bad, though not entirely intuitive. Luckily, I had watched a YouTube installation video (for a different car) that was more useful than the pictograms that came with my device. So far, I have not had to remove it to carry any large bulky cargo, a task that may be harder than just removing the venetian blind that covers the luggage area.
All in all...a good solution when Mercedes does not offer a similar factory product.

PRODUCT QUALITY IS FINE EXCEPT FOR TWO SOFT CHEAP SCREWS WHICH STRIPPED WITH HAND PRESSURE WHEN SCREWING INTO INTO PLASTIC. REQUIRED A TRIP TO HARDWARE STORE FOR 2 SCREWS. CHARGE US ANOTHER 10CENTS AND USE DECENT FASTENERS

The only thing that could have made my Travall pet barrier better was color instructions. I emailed and asked for a color copy which made it easier to see details of where the poles went.

The build quality is solid and it is silent in the vehicle. That's important to me, I love a quiet ride - so I was glad this didn't add any noise.

Really great pet barrier. MUCH nicer than the ones that the car dealerships sell. It fit perfectly, is absolutely secure, and is very high quality.

The old adage, "You get what you pay for" certainly applies to this product. While more expensive than other pet barriers I researched, I believe this one is worth it. It is nicely finished, is very sturdy, and is easy to install. The best thing about it is that it doesn't rattle while we are driving. We have a 2015 Audi Q5 and the barrier designed for this car fits perfectly.

Needed specific info on size and weight in order to consider shipping the 'gate' abroad after receipt. Received a prompt reply.

I specifically checked with customer service about a product and was directed to one that would fit my car. I had my fears since the year the item was for did not include mine but after checking again, I was told that was the correct product. Upon receipt, it was the wrong product, very frustrating.

However, the person I was working with took ownership and I received a full refund. The correct product is still in development and won’t be available for several months.
