A second hand like new again
I recently came into possession of a Traser watch. The luminosity was poor and the watch bracelet was somewhat tight.
The sole UK service for these watches are the Military Watch Services. Contact was made by email, several emails later,I posted my watch to them for attention.
The quoted price to carry out service and repair was acceptable. A description as to what was going to be carried out was given, during the service being carried out, I was contacted by the repairer, to say they had found another two problems that needed attention. He told me the price to carry out the service and repairs. I had to trusted his judgement and agreed the cost.
The total cost plus the extra repairs was less than the original quote, also the turn round time was far quicker than I expected.
They are not the cheapest, but their service throughout the whole process was excellent. The watch looked new again. Thank you again Mark.
