I ordered protein powder on May 21st — still haven't received it. Got one automated email telling me my package was stuck and that they were 'monitoring it.' That was five days ago. I've called five times and left five voicemails. Total silence. No callback, no follow-up, nothing. I also signed up for their subscription, which I'm now seriously reconsidering. The product may be great — I genuinely wouldn't know because it never showed up. If this is how Transparent Labs treats brand-new customers, consider this your warning. Update: Transparent Labs response below is asking to send my information which has already been sent by email and my five voicemails. There is no link or additional email address provided in the reply. I am not going to leave my order number or other personal information on trust pilot. Listen to the messages customers leave you and you will have the info you need.

I’ve been trying to get a refund for how bad the flavors to my order were and wasn’t satisfied they’re customer service is horrible they do not respond but once on through email and do not respond calls I mean how is a company that’s supposed to be good doing that I really need my refund my order number is #3667383 I’ve just had a bad experience

I love the transparency on TL products, but what makes it a 5* experience is the customer service. Reilly quickly and efficiently took care of a problem I had with ordering. Zero complications, zero nonsense... just "heard and solved". Doesn't get much better than that.

I have been a subscriber of their products for multiple years, and I cannot speak highly enough of their product. Additionally, I was in need of customer service support for the first time recently, and they went above and beyond to correct the issue.

From top to bottom, this company is stellar. Everything from their products to their customer support is absolutely phenomenal. Anytime I’ve had an issue they’ve done everything in their power to make things right. When you pair that type of service with their amazing product line accompanied by their product certifications that they go above any beyond to obtain, it’s a home run. I’m proud to support this company, it’s definitely money well spent.

What made my experience so great at transparent lab was their customer service team was amazing and how caring they were!! Ps the blue raz. Is the best!

I have been using the protein powder for months and I think it is excellent and with 28 g of protein it packs quite a bang for your buck. I recently just tried the new protein coffee and it is fantastic! This is now how I start each day and it is so great to get both my coffee fix and 20 g of protein at the same time first thing in the morning. It has basically completely replaced my regular coffee routine. I highly recommend.

Their products are the best and i recently found out their customer service is just as good.

Transparent Labs has been excellent overall, and their customer service truly goes above and beyond. My only feedback is regarding the subscription UI on the app and website. It would be much more user-friendly to allow customers to separate items within subscription groups directly instead of needing to contact support. Additionally, adding a “skip 1 week” option would improve flexibility, since the current minimum is 2 weeks.

Aside from those minor inconveniences, the products and overall experience are easily 10/10.

I’ve spent over a decade experimenting with different protein powders and I’m so happy I found TL. Been with them for over a year now and I have yet to experience any gut issues or nasty tastes. Great protein and great service when I had an issue with my delivery !

I've been using the androgenic pre-workouts for years. This is my first time using Transparent Labs product. There was a very noticeable difference in my stamina day 1 of taking the product. Would highly recommend TL products.

The product is second to none. Not only this, they have fantastic customer service. They legitimately care about thier customers. You don't see that level of support anymore. If you are considering using Transparent labs to help you achieve your goals you will not be disappointed.

Initially, I was just about to go through my bank to run a dispute, because I haven’t heard from Transparent Labs in a week, via email, regarding my order.

So I utilized the chat feature on the Transparent Labs website. I am extremely glad that I did.

And, Brandon quickly helped issues a return, and when I asked for an address to return, Brandon said “no need.”

I could not accept a refund while holding on to over $100 worth of product — as great of a service that would be, I appreciate the gesture.

And I insisted for a return address, which he gave me, but it wasn’t necessary for him. But I want to say that it is necessary to point out that Brandon is a phenomenal agent, a great asset to Transparent Labs, and I have such a positive view of this company.

To you, Brandon, thank you again. It’s something probably small for you, but that was pretty great for me!!!! The best Customer Service in my entire life of doing business with anyone. God bless!
