Hello this was first time dealing with transcat and my sales rep was Kevin Black he was knowledgeable and helpful. Somehow in the billing department there was a mix up so after 15 or so days of not receiving it or hearing from them I e-mailed Kevin and he straightened out problem and got it here ASAP! It seams to work great and I am very happy!
