Transaher estafadores, scammer
¡¡Transhaher, huye!! Al descargar un pedido de chapas para techos de acero lacado, las chapas se habían colocado directamente en el suelo del camión con el palé encima - ¡ver foto! La placa inferior en contacto con el suelo del camión estaba muy dañada e inutilizable. He solicitado una indemnización, hay seguro de daños en el contrato de transporte. ¡He enviado varios correos electrónicos, sin respuesta! Deshonesto, mala praxis, estafadores!
Transhaher, run away!! When unloading an order of lacquered steel roofing sheets, the sheets had been placed directly on the floor of the truck with the pallet on top - see photo!! The lower plate in contact with the ground of the truck was very damaged and unusable. I have requested compensation, there is damage insurance in the transport contract. I have sent several emails, no response!!! Dishonest, malpractice, scammers!

Unreliable Transport company
I have placed 2 orders, with 2 different companies in Portugal (Dyson and Cavesdevinho.pt) and unfortunately both use Transaher for shipping. Dyson promised 72 hour delivery and after 2 weeks and 3times contact they could not tell where my order is. Cavesdevinho could not provide a delivery update and just provided a Transaher phone number that is not being answered in 20 calls.
If you plan to order anything online in Portugal, I would recommend to ensure that the vendor doesn’t use Transaher for shipping before you make a purchase.

Two deliveries, both disasters, never again.
In February I ordered a Dyson V15 cordless hoover, they use Transasher delivery service. The driver called me in Jijona, I explained he would have to drive to the castle parking area and I would meet him, as he couldnt park near my house. He refused to drive up to the castle saying he has a large van, I explained bus trips go up there, he refused. I spent 2 hours running around Jijona looking for him. I rang the office twice asking why he didnt use navigation on his phone, she replied he cant do that. I have recordings of all this.
I had ordered a Dyson hairdryer in April, Transaher sent an email for delivery next day, my husband waited in all day no delivery. I rang the office of Transaher asking why ?, due to traffic, the delivery said between 24/72 hours. We had another 3 days at home waiting no delivery, same excuse traffic problems. I had an online chat with Dyson explaining both deliveries, asking why they keep such an unreliable transport company, reviews are bad too. After much complaining I eventually got my hairdryer after 1 week of promised deliveries. I cant understand how a name like Dyson associates itself with an unreliable delivery service ? I imagine it is the lowest cost and they dont care about customer service. I can provide all chats regarding the 2nd delivery of the hairdryer. It is a pity I had to rate with 1 star, zero would have been better.

The package wasn´t delivered in the first place even when the driver called me and confirmed the time.
I sent an email with tracking number as suggested below and it was resolved.
International support centre works the way better. Spanish support via emails doesn't work at all...
I got the package from the second attempt, but nearly failed as well. It was promised to deliver the package in the morning (before 4 p.m. the latest). Well, received it at 16:15 - I was already leaving the house to pick up my daughter from school. Just was lucky.

Transaher - The worst delivery company

The parcel was never delivered. But instead, the tracking was updated with "absent recipient". No one ever called me, no one ever called the doorbell. No one tried to enter the main entrance.
Thanks, Transaher for ruining my weekend.
