A little rough at first but customer service came through

A little customer feedback: this is an amazing bit of engineering in these kits but the manuals really need to be sorted out/organized better somehow. It's a mess in its current state. Great product though!

Expensive pieces of metal, but the plates you can't find them cheaper anywhere, so this is your only option.
For the extruded aluminum pieces, you can find cheaper options in temu.

Thank you for your review. Please note that the TEMU options use different walled profiles which do flex under tensions while ours dont.
Extrusion profiles can differ vastly with material qualtiy, rigidity and also wall strenght in the middle.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, terrible shipping practices and cheap boxes used which arrived damaged and falling apart. Unacceptable for an expensive high-line product. Then when I asked to return one item that doesn’t fit my needs, I’m told to pay for return shipping etc, which costs 50% the price of the part. Your business practice and model are in need of serious revision. Ya’ll Re lucky I’m not a YouTuber with an interest in publicizing this. Should be ashamed of yourself.

We are not a try-before-you-buy service, and we do not operate under the same model as large marketplaces. Returns for items that are not faulty are handled strictly in line with our stated policies.
Regarding your support experience, our records show that Danny handled your case promptly, professionally, and with clear communication throughout. Multiple responses were provided in a timely manner to assist you.
Packaging and shipping standards are continuously reviewed and improved, and we take feedback seriously. However, our policies are applied consistently and transparently to all customers.

Website isn't very clear on compatibility with brands. Manuals are outdated and in many cases unclear. Returns take forever to get approved. Boxes are not marked st all for item contents, and packaging isnt the best for such heavy products.

We’d like to clarify a few points: every product page includes a compatibility chart, and customers are encouraged to contact our support team if their equipment is not listed. Our manuals are also continuously being reviewed and updated to improve clarity and accuracy.
All boxes are labeled with the corresponding SKU on the side to indicate their contents, and our packaging is designed to protect heavy items during transit, but there are also iprovements on the way were needed.
We understand that returns can sometimes take longer than expected due to inspection and processing requirements, and we are working to improve turnaround times.

Everything arrived within a week in good condition. I got the TR160 with oversized seat brackets, bass shaker plate, inverted pedal tray, integrated monitor stand, keyboard tray, and PC shelf. Rig is extremely solid and looks great. It took three days to mount everything. I’m very happy with my purchase.
My only gripe is the organization of the some of the parts and the instructions. I had to email and go online to find out of date manuals (eg inverted pedal tray) which I’m not even sure are correct. There are many extra parts that aren’t referenced in the manuals as well, not just screws. At some point you end up winging it and hoping for the best. Also wish it gave you some examples or guidance on how to mount some things rather than you having to go on Reddit to get inspiration.

It has been a few months since I placed…
It has been a few months since I placed an order which I eventually had to cancel after waiting 6 weeks without a single item being shipped and the experience has caused such a sour taste in my mouth that I literally can't get it out of my head, I spent years waiting to order a SIM rig and when I finally took the plunge Trak Racer absolutely destroyed my entire enthusiasm for the hobby and delivered just an abysmal service
After weeks of no shipping updates I contacted the company to see where the order was to be told many items weren't in stock (it never said this in the website otherwise I wouldn't have placed the order) this went on for weeks, with them saying "stock will arrive next week" then next week would come but guess what? No stock, but the final kicker was seeing the items I had ordered on sale on their website while I was waiting for it to be shipped... No apology, no compensation as to bring my order down to the price that was currently on their website after keeping me waiting 5/6 weeks... That's when I cancelled my order, atleast I got my money back relatively quickly that's all the good i can say.
This company really is the worst that I have ever dealt with I really implore people to look elsewhere when getting into this hobby as trak racer absolutely destroyed this hobby for me.

Superb product
Superb service, product and pricing, I was looking for monitor VESA mounts and everywhere they are between 60$ to 100$ each well at track racer you can get a kit of 3 for 120$ what lol ....I got them and they are perfect very easy to install and adjust. Also I'm in Canada and all the gear for SIM racing normally comes from the States and is very expensive the fact that Track racer as a warehouse in Canada it's easier to buy gear and farter shipping.
