Trajector Medical is a Veteran-owned, BBB-accredited company that helps veterans with disabilities document their conditions to show the service connection and real impact on their lives when they seek to qualify for VA disability benefits. Many veterans live with pain, fatigue, mobility limits, or other symptoms that affect them daily, yet medical records are often incomplete or difficult to piece together, failing to connect the military service, the conditions, and the current limitations on basic functions. Trajector Medical bridges these gaps. Licensed medical professionals review existing records, speak with veterans about their service and symptoms, assess how conditions are related to their military service, and identify how they affect routine activities. Veterans receive organized medical documentation including opinions, assessments, and medical and scientific research, supporting more complete records and confidence that their story is reflected when pursuing a VA rating.

Don't charge as much. Don't drag payments out for 5 months. I had no idea how much I would receive. It was quiet a burden. 5 months. Way way too long. Maybe some upfront. But that much after the fact was difficult to pay.
Trajector medical really helps in organizing and following up through the process. I am happy for the services I got. All of their staff were professional and respectful. I highly recommend their services.

My experience with this company was pretty pretty good. I thought I could never get any disability benefit higher. When I started, they gave me certain benefit for my disability, and to myself, I thought I deserve more. Well, I try to do everything on my own, But every time I try, I gave up,it took me about 10yrs, and then I heard about this company Trajecter. I called them up. We set up an appointment by phone. Then, I saw one of the doctors, and after that it was all downhill. So they send me some papers to fill. I filled them-out and they did the rest. Yes, it took a while not too long. I say about 6 months next thing I know I have my disability benefits coming in at a good percent. My fellow soldiers try it If your disability benefits needs improve. It is true They charge you some money, but after that. It's all yours. Again? I am pleased with the job they did with my benefits. Thank you.

Trajector Medical continues to harass me, even after filing a complaint with BBB. This company continues to call and text, soliciting me to assist them in stealing US Veterans benefits. This company has stolen from so many US Veterans and is working hard to get many more before getting cut off (once someone cares enough to stop this dishonorable/disgraceful behavior(s)) from you robbing you of your benefits. BEWARE!!!! You earned your benefits, this company did not!

I put off applying for disability because I didn't believe I deserved it, and put it off for 20 years until things started piling up medically. I saw an advertisement for Trajector and called them just for grins and giggles to see what I might be eligible for. And I have to say, I was beyond impressed. They were very patient, detailed, and terrific communicators. I received nearly constant status checks throughout (nearly painfully at some points). They did everything. All I had to do was show up for doctor appointments. I was blown away by what I was qualified for, and, a year later, I can say how this has changed my life for the better. These are experienced, prior VA nurses and administrators who complete the paperwork for you. You just proofread and sign. Could not have been a better experience.
Thank you, Trajector! I tell every vet I meet to check out Trajector and see what they can find.

Trajector was always professional and thorough and starting the process of earning my VA disability. Well, it started with one issue, through their complete interview, it turns out I have several more. We haven’t reached an outcome yet, but I look forward to where the journey is taking us.

Once my initial interview took place their is nothing more important to me than staying informed. I served 9 years and spent my last 8 months in Desert Shield / Desert Storm. I was infantry so I had a lot of medical evidence. Can't be more happy with the service I got. Thanks again Trajector Medical

I tried getting compensation on my own and got nothing. So far Trajector Medical has gotten me 10% and I'm still trying to get more....

Yes I would recommend this service when you want results, they will do know their paperwork and will set up appointments for you to get everything checked out and submit it for you and they get it all verified to send it in to get reviewed by the VA to find out what you are qualified for, and their charges are 5 x the amount of increase of the benefits that you are eligible for.

They started out telling us how he would qualify based on their experience. End result husband was denied benefits for 6 conditions. When I called to let them Trajector know they were only concerned with their invoice and would could they expect the payment. I asked for assistance in the appeal process and they said we needed to hire a lawyer because they cannot assist with appeals. Do not waste your money!

The front end of this process was amazing! The team is very professional and transparent. I was given honest, helpful answers to every question I asked. The interview with the nurse about my symptoms was clear, well organized and efficient. I was truly impressed with the staff and the process.
Preparation for claim exams. The preparation meeting prior to the exams was extremely helpful. I was a little nervous before the claim exams, but very confident after the preparation meeting with the team. Every question I asked was answered completely and accurately. The team member that worked with me was well prepared, asked relevant questions and provided topics to consider that was critical to my preparations for the claim exams.
After receiving the award letter from the VA, the professionalism and transparency that was so impressed with, completely dissapeared.
I was lead to believe that Trajector would do a professional audit of the results from the VA. I was told that the auditor would verify the benefit was calculated correctly. I understood that I would be provided with suggestions for moving forward. I was told it could take a couple of weeks to complete the audit.
I reached out for status of the audit four weeks after I provided the award letter. The response said that my audit would be prioritized and I would hear back soon. I again reached out for status six weeks after the award, the reply was identical.
I had questions about an inconsistency with one of the claims and requested claim exams. No meaningful response.
Within 30 minutes of the non helpful response to the six week inquiry, I received the "audit report" via email.
The audit report was tabular summary of the results that I could have done in less than 30 minutes myself. There was ZERO professionalism in this audit report. There was no indication that the benefit calculations were verified. There was no information about potentially related claims I might consider.
I was waiting on the audit report, hoping it would be helpful for me in the preparation of the supplemental claim I needed to submit. There was explanation of why the VA would have not requested a claim exam, but denied one of the claims because there was no evidence provided. Needless to say, I was disappointed in the lack of anything substantive in the "audit report." I wasted 6 weeks waiting for an unprofessional, effortless audit.
Trajector did not waste a day getting my payment, but wasted 6 weeks, not performing a meaningful audit.
