David Baglietto was an excellent trainer and ensured that we had a good understanding of each aspect before moving on. Would recommend with no hesitation. As a teacher myself I could see that he had a thorough knowledge of first aid and was able to pass on his knowledge.

First Aider Training 3 day course
very good instructors providing support to unsure trainees and giving true accounts of applying first aid training.
reassurance was giving on trainees if put into first aid circumstances.
good learning aids provided in the training setting.
patient and understanding of trainee's past experiences.

First aid at work
I just finished my first aid at work course today and can say it was not only educational but also enjoyable. I learned so much in a short space of time, and the way the information was delivered didn’t feel overwhelming. Highly recommend!
