I have been using Trailfinders for years - need I say more than I keep coming back to them

This isn't the first time we have used trail finders- but it is the first time we have used them to create a full itinerary for our 3 weeks in Japan. The attention to detail was incredible- everything was mapped out for us. The addition of the app and use of Wi-Fi was invaluable. All the hotels apart one were exceptional. The one that wasn't as good was perfectly clean but breakfast was not up to standard. Trail finders have taken this feedback on and are going to action it. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and am already planning the next trip in my head. Thanks Tom you did a fab job.

Your travel consultant Andy Walker in Leeds was very patient and helpful with our travel plans, he was extremely knowledgeable about the areas in which we wanted to travel in Canada and gave us information of experiences we might want to book en route. It took us a few days to tweak our travel arrangements and Andy was available over the phone to make the changes we required. I have already recommended Trailfinders to a few people.

Always very efficient and knowledgeable of the destinations I have wanted. The ViewTrail is extremely useful as you can easily find all the details of your trip, and see exactly what you are getting. Easy to contact, even if it's not the same person you first spoke to as everything is on the computer for all to see, so no repetition.

I received absolutely first class service from Dan Boniwell, when trying to organise a holiday for a special occasion. Dan's patience, good humour and marvellous efficiency made the process extremely easy for me. Over many years, I have always received excellent service from Trailfinders but I want to single out Dan in particular. Thank you !

This was the first time we have used Trailfinders but the experience so far has been good. Ollie had worked hard to find us a special holiday for our anniversary and it is looking good. A hotel in Athens followed by a SilverSeas cruise around the Greek islands. Ollie’s has been very helpful and professional.

Excellent service, very efficient work by Laura. We were able to get the flights we wanted with Trailfinders after some frustrating experiences on lastminute.com.com and trip.com. Also able to add in some hotels to turn our custom-made holiday into a package.

They actually listened to what we wanted and made suggestions and gave us alternatives to choose from

Spent a good couple of hours with Andrea today at Worcester and have a cruise to look forward to now.
She was patient and organised exactly what we wanted, including insurance.
She even provided us with coffee while we were sorting things.
It was a pleasure to hand over the credit card.

My husband and I went to enquire about booking a family holiday to Orlando. Our customer agent was Luke De-Lloyd, Nottingham branch, who was very helpful with our enquiry. He explained all details to us very clearly and took the time with us to help us make our choice, as this was our own itinerary. The holiday went with ease and we all had a great time making fabuluous memories. The Solaro resort where we stayed was great and not too far from all the parks. I would like to thank Trailfinders and Luke especially for making our holiday wonderful.

We called Trailfinders in desperation having been badly let down by another well known travel agent at short notice for a special holiday booked to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary.
Having previously booked fantastic holidays with Trailfinders I was not surprised that once again they surpassed my expectations and within minutes had put together a far superior holiday than the one we had lost.
Leena Solanki was the agent who assisted us. Not only was she knowledgeable and helpful but we received far more empathy from her for our plight than we had with the other tour company.
Needless to say I am kicking myself for not going to Trailfinders first
