I couldn't pay with my card

I couldn't pay with my card, should pay with paypal and it took transection fee as well.

Dear Customer, you have not been charged a transaction fee. Like all ticket portals, we apply booking fees, which are clearly specified before checkout.
In your case, this was €8, from which a €5 discount coupon was also deducted.
