We regularly check our prices against Protiler Tools and many others. Go ahead and compare us - you will find we're as low, if not lower, in nearly every case.

As we were very concerned about what you said, we thoroughly searched for you on our system but can’t find a Jordan Wood or a similar name in our records. We checked every single order of stainless steel trim purchased in the 6 months before your post, but no orders contained 3 lengths. Currently this is your one and only review on Trustpilot so we can’t gain any clues as to who you might be, or if you have ever purchased from us at all?
We despatch all orders promptly and keep customers updated by email. Additionally on the delivery day our couriers text a time they will be with you (if you provided a mobile number). Tile trim is always sent on a next day service. If you are concerned, we are always happy to help you track your delivery further. Sure, things can go wrong but always get in touch with us - never wait for 2 weeks. Out of interest - You never mentioned if you ever got your tile trim or a refund in the end?
We reconcile our banking daily and deal with any financial irregularities immediately.
All of our staff members are very experienced and good communicators who always prioritise updating customers about deliveries and payments.

As we don’t recognise your name and we never had an order for 3 stainless steel trims at the time, we suspect you left a review for the wrong company, not Tradetiler. We have been selling on-line since 2002. I can’t image how a company behaving in the way you describe would last long at all
