Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Completed 14 CE course 6 weeks ago and still don’t have my hours reported. I’ve called three times for my hours to be reported and been on hold over 25 minutes all three times.

I’ve emailed twice and still have not heard back, it’s been two weeks

The site took me in circles when I…

The site took me in circles when I tried to find my products. I am very tech savvy and I had a hard time navigating the system. So much so that I actually paid twice because I was taken to a different landing page rather than seeing confirmation of purchase. I get the reasons behind standardizing the process but it’s not done well.

the testing was good but your login was confusing and I logged in under legacy and took my 2 hour test and passed and had a certificate. i waited and never got my new card so I called and was told I should have logged in under the new site and never got credit for my test so I had to take the test again.
