I ordered 2 taps of an unusual thread…
I ordered 2 taps of an unusual thread for a friend on Saturday and they arrived at 1 pm Tuesday.The items and shipping were very reasonable prices with super fast delivery. They also included a priced catalog which I will pass on to my friend who is not so computer literate. I have seen this company advertised in the classic bike press but never used them before.Excellent product and service.

A reliable company with a fast turn round of ord
I have used them several times over the years. The tools are good quality and well priced. Postage is extremely reasonable.
Each time the order has been dispatched quickly and I have normally received them the next day even when ordered in the afternoon.
On this occasion I noticed I had made and error when I receive the email acknowledgement of the order and sent an e mail asking them to correct it which they promptly did and I received the items the next day

Rude staff
Normally a very good service and range of products, but when I recently enquired about an order was dealt with by a rather rude man.
I quoted the order number, “yeh what about it” was his abrupt reply, when I told him the order had not arrived he asked for the number again, then presumably thinking I could not hear cursed “b*****d” , not sure if this was directed at me. He then in his abrupt manner told me it had been posted there was nothing he could do. Strange choice of person to have dealing with the public.

Great service and value
I often use Tracy for taps and dies. Their prices are very good and their service is excellent. Today I ordered a 1” od die and a 1 5/16” od die holder. On receipt of my order they phoned to check that this was not a mistake. It wasn’t, but I do appreciate the thought given.

What a superb company
What a superb company, with exceptional speed, service, and quality of product. I ordered two items after their delivery cut off time, but they still arrived by 11am the next day. I have used the Taps that I ordered with very pleasing results. Thanks also for using Royal Mail. Still the best delivery service. Will be placing further orders in the future.
