Poor communication and organisation. Never got back to me to book installation after 24 hours so I contacted them 3 times over several days and each time I was given the same answer “you will receive a call back today” I never did. I was also told they couldn’t assign a tech to fit one of the units. I lost trust in this company and if they are already struggling to deliver a professional service at the beginning what will they be like later on?

I decided to cancel my order and request a full refund afterwards to which again seems to of been ignored and kicked down the road. Honestly I wouldn’t recommend or bother using these

Shortly after posting my original review, Charmaine at Trackershop contacted me directly. She was genuinely apologetic that my case had slipped through the cracks and took ownership of it from that point on.

She was relentless in finding a solution. She kept me informed throughout, and a replacement unit has now been supplied and fitted exactly as promised.

Credit where it's due — the original problem was a communication failure, but the recovery was excellent. Thank you, Charmaine, and thank you Trackershop.

Original Review: Order #67851 — Sterling Cat 2 Immobiliser
I ordered a Sterling Cat 2 Immobiliser from Trackershop, with installation included in the price. Trackershop subcontracted RS Connect to carry out the installation on 2 February 2026. The attending technician was unable to complete the installation, stating he did not know how to fit this unit.
Since then I have called Trackershop several times and sent emails. On each call I have been asked for my details and promised a callback. To date I have received no response, no callback, and no email reply.
I am not looking for compensation or escalation — I simply need Trackershop to confirm one of three things: how to return the unit for a refund, whether a different model is required, or whether they will arrange an installer who is trained to fit this product.
The product itself is unopened in its original state. My issue is solely with the lack of post-sale communication.

Had a communication issue (with order, not tracker) so initial service was slow, After realising this Trackershop acted quickly to sort this issue and unit now fitted.

Not quite 5* as there was this initial issue, but ultimately very good support from Trackershop once they picked the problem up and appreciate them expediting the install.

Very professional service ,technician came on time, explain everything before installation, I’m using this device second month I’m fully happy with product. Does the job. I don’t have to worry anymore about setting up steering wheel clamp.

I bought a GPS tracker from Trackershop a few years back now and not only has the unit been really reliable and very useful, the guys there are really first rate if you've any questions/issues. If and when the 3G network final gets decommisioned, I'll certainly be a return customer for an upgrade!

Everything went smoothly and it all works, great fitter that helped explain the start up and disabling of the ghost system

19/04/26. Age old story of the company being great until something goes wrong. I bought a Scorpion S5 Tracker & Ghost 2 Immobiliser from trackershop. I've had problems with the Ghost since October 2025, it sometimes won't arm or disarm, flashes too many times (up to 6 on occasion) and sends my car and the display haywire.
I had an engineer visit in December 2025, only because I had to contact Ghost myself, who were great and advised that the unit may need a firmware update. I passed the information onto trackershop and an engineer turned up, did the update and left. The update didn't work and still having problems on a more frequent basis. No matter how many times I call trackershop, I'm always told "we need to get an engineer to visit and will get back to you" total BS. It's now mid April 2026 and still no closer to getting a fix. I was also given an email address of another company to contact in writing. I think they just want me to give up and live with it, that's not going to happen.

Well where do I start? Completely painless from start to finish. TrackerShop were very fast and prompt in booking my appointment and arranging install. The installer was fantastic! He was straight to point, got to work right away, and he was very accommodating, showing me how to use the Ghost and its different functions. Honestly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend TrackerShop to anyone! If you’re unsure, please let this review put your mind at rest! Thank you TrackerShop!

Easy to deal with accommodating, easy to use and the engineer was very good would highly recommend.

There is a lot of choice in the market and I am glad I went with the Tracker Shop. From the initial sales inquiry, to the install and follow up post implementation support, the journey has been seamless and trouble free. I don't normally post reviews, but fair play to these folks, it was a job well done!

Technician was friendly and knowledgeable, and arrived on time. Equipment works very well with the app and gives confidence that the vehicle is secure. Would highly recommend.
