Customer service is always a hit & miss, quite often getting the order wrong or missing things off. 9 out of 10 times I have to call them to place the order.Definitely need to improve their telesales.

Where can I start fantastic service from placing the order to it being delivered Gareth who I deal with on a weekly basis always looks after the company I work for always keeping me informed of our stock levels prices and any offers they may be providing on a weekly basis and Andy our driver who does our Tuesday delivery is always very punctual and helpful putting the stock away even keeping me informed if traffic is bad or in very rare cases broken down keep up the great work guys it’s really appreciated

I HAVE BEEN ORDERING FROM TQUALITY FOR 1 year and one of my stock was missing which I informed to them that it has not arrived they did nothing about it and took my cash that i left for the driver to collect at my complaint they did not even refund me for my missing stock absolutely disgusting stay away from this company absolutely dreadful company
Did an online click and collect order for my BBQ back in the summer, arrived onsite to the clock and collect area at the Swindon site. Lots of parking, friendly staff in the clock and collect.
They brought out my order straight to my car, all present and correct and I was on my way.
Really good quality burgers, sausages and rolls.
