Very stressful, busy, tension filled environment. You are treated like school children by the management. Managers do not offer support and mentorship so there is a continuation of doing the same things over and over again and then the lower levels are typically blamed if things go wrong. Everyone is for themselves with a thriving ratting culture. Would not recommend this agency if you are looking for a career.
