i get package in the wrong place.. it was delivered in the shop(post) which is quite far away from my home.. Not in that shop where i usually am getting packages..

Bad experience
Hi! I will try to summarise our experience which is not positive.
We bought a lego duplo via the toys"r"us webpage on 25 of October, and we selected to receive it at home. On 29 of October we received the notification that the package has been sent. By today 5 of November there is not information about where is the package. We have called toy"r"us as we need it on Friday (7 November), as it was bought for the birthday of our son. At the costumer service they told us that there is not information about where it is but they believe it should arrive on Friday. As we cannot take the risk of not having a present, we went to toys"r"us shop and bought a new one. We were told that if we do not pick up the package once it arrives, it will be sent back and we will get our money back, what I hope so.
As you can understand our experience is not positive,

Rich, cheap and quick
Very satisfied with the company. Prsonally living in Lillehammer, I prefer to drive 50 minutes to Gjøvik to buy a toy. Big store, with big variety, that offers you both cheap and more lux choices, easy to go to your sector and look directly what you want. No messy corridors, or irrelevant items, this is very important. Also it is cheaper on same products versus other companies. A Lightsaber was 100,- cheaper than a big chain store in Lillhmr. Also I ordered a bow on their e-shop (because, believe it or not, BRIO does not have a simple toy bow, Jesus) and got it in 2 days on my foodstore's post, and a e-receipt on my mobile. Simple, cheap, fast things. 5 stars.

good service but small remark
i got what i ordered but it was packed not very properly. there was a hole on the bottom because someone forgot to tape it from one side. i almost lost one small expensive item on the way. beside no other problems.
