I received my headlights quicker than…
I received my headlights quicker than expected but the shipping was a little screwed up. The box got a large cut in it and broke off the piece that gets bolted onto the inside of the headlight. Happy with you guys and very disappointed with them. But there on and happy we had to get gorilla glue to hold broke piece together.
Beware of Fine Print No Return Policy
I purchased an electronic part that was never installed and I ended up not needing. When I contacted ToyotaPartsDeal to coordinate a return and refund they said they have an all sales final policy for electronic parts. Mind you that that fact was not prominently displayed when I ordered the part. It was buried in some fine print. So be very cautious when you buy from this outfit. I'm out $200 for a perfectly good part I never installed or used.

Great replacement all weather mats!
I ordered replacement All Weather mats for my 2026 Scion iM. The fit was perfect and they cost much less than repurchasing from a Dealer.
Broken in transit
Part arrived damaged. Used epoxy as a somewhat solution, however I recommend this company use more protective wrapping to prevent plastic parts from breaking off in transit.

Not The "Original" part I ordered
The "Original" part I ordered, did not match the part that was on my Toyota, however it was a genuineToyota part. Paid extra to get genuine Toyota parts but was disappointed at the match

Perfect transaction
Perfect transaction. Extremely fast shipping. Got exactly what I ordered, quality (OEM) part. Installed with no issues.
Easy to find and purchase parts
The parts needed were easy to find and at a good price. I will continue to use the web site for purchasing parts for my 2023 Rav4.
Do not order from these scam artists
Do not order from these scam artists. They intentionally mislabel their items with part numbers that don't include the whole part so they can upsell you. Terrible customer service. Dishonest liars. No refunds.
EDIT: Since these deplorable scam artists are insisting on more information, I will add it.
They sold me a part with the part number listed as: 88320-08051. This part number references an AC compressor WITH clutch. They did not send me the clutch (because they are scam artists and want to upsell me). When I tried to get a refund, they refused to give me one claiming the clutch was sold separately.
On the official parts website of Toyota for this part number 88320-08051 (which I would link to, but Trust Pilot doesn't allow links) the image of this OFFICIAL PART INCLUDES THE CLUTCH. Reference number 88410.
So why is Toyotapartsdeal.com listing a part with the number 88320-08051 that doesn't include a clutch, even though the official Toyota parts website includes it with that exact part number?
Because they are scamming you. Plain and simple. Do not buy from them.
Final edit: Go look for yourself with the part numbers I listed. Look on the official Toyota parts website. Look at Autozone. Look at O'Reilly's. Look at Advance. It always comes with a clutch. They're incompetent, lying and deceitful scammers.
