1.6k in shipping and no refunds on deposits. Rather unfriendly costumer service and 0 updates on your order until you would have to pay this insane amount that is not pre-calculated / pre-communicated.
"Well they cannot know yet." Is fairly untrue, they are a statue manufacturing / shipping company. They know how large it will be, they can calculate an estimate of how heavy it will be and then calculate out an estimated price.
I can't judge the product but the experience with this service had been rather negative.

Pre ordered a figurine 6 months ago and it was dispatched and delivered on time. Incredibly happy with the quality and the protective packaging.
