I have used Towsure trailer parts many times over the past 25 years at least. The paper catalogue was so useful, I had hoped that there was a similar online version of the old paper catalogue. I found it difficult to locate the parts I needed on my last order I have received. The service was great the parts were what I ordered Thank you

Purchased a caravan awning in march, very good quality and value for money. Easy to assemble, no issues. Company very helpful and attentive when i had to email them. Will go back and purchase other items from this company .

I purchased new LED trailer lights. Unfortunately the website does not show how small the actual rear red light area is, it gives only overall dimensions, an illuminated picture on the website would be much better.
The dispatch time and performance of the company was good but unfortunately the item is disappointing.

The towsure team where great.
Chased up a delivery no prob the courier said it would be the next day.
Then the courier DPD let me down saying sorry to have missed you I was in waiting so got in touch with the towsure team they got the courier to come back.
Happy day got my delivery shame the let down was DPD.

The custumer team were useless when i queried the gift voucher i had purchased. Whilst the did answer my emails promptly their answers were inapproriate. I had to call to sort out my query. Whilst the person i spoke to saw myissue straight away, blaming your system and what they could see. As a customer that is not my problem. It is your system. It would be useful if your system sent an acknowledgement email to the purchaser of the voucher as well as the recipient, as is normal.
