Charming and personal

Very nice. Even if the website still needs some improvements (they said they are just building it) shopping experience is very positive. You feel you are dealing with persons who really want to sell nice things and make it nice for you. Quick reaction to questions, offering various solutions. My Maileg mouse was packed with much more care than coming from a general, big store, including a charming postcard with personal thanks ;-)
