I have used Tour radar many times and they consistently help me find the tour for my needs. Their response to my concerns have always been addressed. I will use them again.

This is a 3rd party site that sells the tours and experiences of other operators.
I cannot hold this company responsible for all the issues I have experienced during the tour.
But I do wish they published more detailed information and only promoted operators who supply detailed, transparent, honest information about their products (tours).
I had a miserable horrible experience with the operator who really didn't honour their promises. If I had more information about the tour, I probably wouldn't have booked it.

Planning trip to Morocco, & Tour Radar have been great to deal with in the choosing, completing information & planning.
Yet to experience actual trip.

All went smoothly when I arrived at Cairo airport where I was met by a driver and taken to my hotel. The tour guides during the holiday in Egypt were lovely people and were on time to pick us up for trips and each one did an amazing job of taking us around and explaining all the sites. The buffets were incredible with such a range of food to choose from. We didn't really know our schedule pick-up times until the day before which for some people may have been a little bit difficult especially some starts were really early. I was okay with the early starts as I didn't have any jet-lag. On the whole it was well organised and a very enjoyable time in Egypt.

Our trip to Morocco last month was one of the most extraordinary experiences of our lives. Knowing we wouldn't be able to join the scheduled group tour, Abdo created a fully customized itinerary that met every one of our requests. His tireless dedication — both before and during our trip — sets him and Explore Adventures Morocco in a class of its own. We would recommend working with him without hesitation.
Our guide and driver, Ismail, was nothing short of exceptional from start to finish. Accommodating, warm, punctual, and genuinely a joy to travel with, he embodies the very best of Morocco and its people. A true gem of a human being — we feel incredibly fortunate to have crossed paths with him. Soulful, kind, and deeply passionate about his country, he went above and beyond at every turn to ensure our trip was as meaningful and memorable as it was.
If you want a real window into Moroccan culture and its people, start with Ismael. And of all the places to go and things to experience, finding your way to the Sahara is simply not to be missed — alongside the Imperial Cities and the breathtaking Atlas Mountains.
We are so grateful we chose to work with Abdo at Explore Adventures Morocco and Ismail as our guide. Together, they took what could have been a great trip and made it truly spectacular.

Tour Radar is easy to book with. Unfortunately when service is not delivered they disappear behind a screen ow words. They clearly do not vet any of the Operators they feature and although they allude to guaranteeing your booking they only pass messages back and forth. I would not recommend booking with them under any circumstance

Tour operator answered the few questions we had before booking in a timely manner .. We can’t wait to come to Peru!!

Great Customer service, responses to inquiries were
quick, staff were helpful in suggesting another tour
when unable to reserve on one that was already sold out

It is an easy booking process with clear areas for inputs. Staff and tour companies are very responsive and helpful.
Next time I will inquire how to pay for the booking in the tour operator's local currency (e.g. euros for European tours) to perhaps save a few dollars on the foreign exchange fees.

I have done 2 tours with Crucemundo, booked through Tour Radar & both were wonderful. It is easy to book tours with Tour Radar. Will continue to use this company

Very efficient service

They have more options than others that I viewed. Maybe too many, which makes it difficult to choose.

Staff was prompt and answered all questions in a timely matter. Keeping us informed with the process.

From the moment I connected with TourRadar, it didn’t feel like I was simply booking a trip it felt like everything was aligning exactly as it should.

For me, travel is never random and this experience reflected that. Everything felt organised, intentional, and supported from start to finish.

I would absolutely recommend TourRadar, and especially appreciate the support from Phoebe at UME Travel, for anyone wanting not just ease and structure, but a deeper sense of reassurance when planning their journey.

There were minor issues with the tour, but after contacting support, they were quickly resolved. Overall, a convenient website with a large selection of tours, easy and fast booking.

The Tour looks great, looking forward to it, hopefully quick response to update dates to be two weeks earlier...

Very well organised and met our expectations

With special thanks to Nicole for listening and thoroughly investigating my near disaster experience with one of their "supposedly" trusted operator partner. She made possible the immediate approval and smooth transfer of my booking to one of their legitimate partners. Really grateful for that and Tourradar only proved that they can very well be trusted to help should isolated problems occur with their operators.
