It was easy to book easy to pay detailed the tour so I knew what I was getting. The only complaint I have is it was very difficult to get your codes to sign in other than that. It was super easy just waiting for the confirmation of my pre-hotel booking pre-stay booking.

My experience with this company has deteriorated from frustrating to completely unacceptable. Yesterday, I left a review due to the lack of a clear itinerary. Later that same day, I finally received one—only to be blindsided hours later with an email stating my reservation had been canceled. No explanation. No warning. No accountability.

This cancellation comes just four days before my scheduled departure. I have already spent a significant amount on airfare, and with it being spring break, alternatives are both scarce and outrageously expensive. The financial and logistical impact of this failure is substantial.

I do not take leaving negative reviews lightly, but this situation is beyond the pale. It is reckless, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Prospective customers deserve to understand exactly the level of reliability—and lack of responsibility—they are dealing with here.

Great help was available when I needed it!! Staff let me know when I made a mistake using this year rather than my birth year. I appreciated the gentle reminder to fix that date. Staff has already started making plans for pickup at the airport.

The process went pretty smoothly. The information seemed straightforward except a way to book separately but denote someone specific as my roommate. I sent a message to the tour operator after my reservation was confirmed.

Our experience with TourRadar on a trip to the Philippines was, without question, the worst travel experience we have ever had.
From start to finish, the tour was poorly organized and frustrating. Communication was consistently inadequate; we never received pickup times for daily activities until late the night before, and emails and messages went unanswered or were delayed.
The most serious issue occurred when our return flight from Puerto Princesa to Manila was canceled. Instead of providing a reasonable solution, we were forced to take an eight-hour van ride at our own expense. The only alternative offered was to stay overnight (also at our expense) and take a flight the next day, which was not feasible due to our already scheduled international flight to Tokyo.
As a result, we arrived in Manila at 2:00 a.m., exhausted, and had to leave again at 6:00 a.m. for the airport, leaving us just a few hours of rest at a costly hotel that was not included in the tour.
Additionally, we never had an actual tour guide. Despite attempts to contact one, we later discovered that no in-person guide was provided at all, raising the question of what kind of “guided tour” this truly was.
After returning home, we submitted a formal complaint and requested reimbursement for the transportation costs we incurred due to their flight cancellation. Their response was indifferent, and they refused to provide any refund, demonstrating a clear lack of accountability.
I would strongly discourage anyone from booking with TourRadar if they expect a well-organized, supported, and enjoyable travel experience.

So easy to book and so many great tours. Communication is first rate. This is my 4th trip using Tour Radar.
