Straight edge but when opened there was a dent
The item arrived quickly which was great as I needed it for a job but there was a dent at one end of the box section which annoyed me. Whilst I was still able to complete the job I had purchased a damaged product. The straight edge was really well wrapped and there was no sign of damage to the wrapping so it must have been damaged before it was wrapped.
I appreciate your replacement offer but I needed to use it...I opened it when I was about to use it so there would have been no time to wait for a replacement. As I say it was still usable. But I will say that for the price it should be in mint condition prior to being wrapped.

Hi - we had no idea that there was an issue with the product, we can only apologise. If we had been notified or contacted immediately after delivery we would have provided a replacement.
