Definitely worth to read my experience with this company.
This company has the worst customer service system ever. Once they take the first payment than you are completely ignored bu them .
I bought products from Tuch2sucsess almost a month ego, as I have changed my mind because the COVID119 .
So I decided to cancel the service right before they even send me any portal or do any service for my business. As soon I started the cancellation , they are start to treat really badly .
I have send more than 10-12 email. Called them and chat with them through whats up, unfortunately it didn’t get anywhere.
During this three week I have tried many time to stop the parcel they were going to send it to me , yet they have send it ti me despite all those emails .
However finally the parcel was collected by dpd for return , so I was waiting for refund.
Just today they send back the same parcel instead of sending me the money.
Honestly I can bot express my disappointment with this crap company, as it is undiscrible .
Now I have decided to report my concern to the police. Because I am more concerned about security of my bank details they have . They could do anything.
So please anyone reading this never deal with this company, they are just rip off .

The only thing they are good at is following you up and making sure younplce the order with them and showing how great they are. Everything else is rubbish. The epos system is very poor and basic. Lacks lots of critical features, loke details reporting stock control, dine in facilities. Looks very basic and lacks professional presentation. Customer service is very bad, they call at times that suits them only which most of the time is late at night. I cancelled the contract during the cooloff period which means full refund, they kept calling me for around a month to convince me not to cancel, then they sent a courier tontake the machine and didnt refund my money and stopped answering my emails (apart from useless automatic reply). It is been a nightmare and terrible experience. Not recomended at allllll.

I have been with T2S for about 2-3 month now and I will share my real experience with you - PLEASE READ it will be very long
Firstly, back in Q3-Q4 of 2019 I was getting cold calls from T2S to join them - back then I didn't want to due to going abroad in December, they were ringing me few times but as I said no they they gave up.
In 2020 they started ringing me again, I then decided to join them, however was sceptical as I have seen few bad reviews here.
Firstly, lady who was dealing with me over the phone (sales team) has explained everything and made sure I receive EPOS quick, I got in within about a week, the whole set up took about 2 weeks. During this time I do need to say I was very suprised, as T2S team was in touch with me all the time, they were updating me daily about setting website, connecting and setting up card payment processor etc. I found them very helpful and proactive. Whatever issue I had on the beggining, soon I reported it I got phone call pretty much within minutes and customer service was always great - I can't fault them at all. I would even say it is one of the best call centre support I have ever had in my life, especially that is based abroad I believe in India.
Also, I was assigned personal account manager who look after SMS promotion, design some Facebook posters etc. Here name is Jennifer Pearlin - she is lovely and supportive person, get in touch with me every week and any issue I have I can let her know on Facebook messanger or whatsapp or email and she will get in touch ASAP during working hours.
Also, T2S designed and printed loads of leaflets and vauchers if customers order via foodhub - which is nice and it was free, I got 3 boxes of them! One box with discount vaucher, two with website and foodhub promo.
Their EPOS system works good, its fast and easy - I had website via wix.com for takeaway, but this EPOS is better and no comission charged at all! They do charge weekly rental but as I said, they do SMS marketing promotion, design some facebook posters ETC. So its all in price
I believe their service price and sign up fee of 450 its definitely worth it. I do also have just-eat system as most of you who will read this review. And we all know just-eat its a bit rip off for us takeaway owners.
With T2S you also build your customer database - when people order online via web, via foodhub or over the phone, you save their contact number and expand your database. Then you can text customers which cost 3.5p per person. It is handy to boost sales with some offers.
Over I am happy with this company, it's definitely worth to give them a go. I have seen plenty of negative reviews here, people complaining but I really don't understand why - they are really good, or maybe I am just lucky.

Had to make a one of payment for system hire as my boss was on holiday and I was just helping him out to make a one of payment so the system would be put back on!!
A few days later my boss paid the outstanding balance and by chance I was checking my bank statement and found out that they were trying to take money out of my account !!!
Phoned them and I was told they won’t take the money !!! And it was a mistake
But they did take the money and I phoned again and was told to send a copy of my bank statement and they would speak to management and get it resolved !!
So had to wait 4 days for them to get back to me!
They phoned took my account details said they would transfer money back to me with in 7-9 working days totally unacceptable!
First they take my money without my knowledge as they had stored my card details without my knowledge !!!
Total fraud!!!
Then I had to prove that they took my money via
Sending them bank statement copies !!
How do they not know we’re they got money from !
Been waiting and writing emails but they do not respond !!
Not even said sorry!!?
Be very careful with this company !

This company are very DANGEROUS for small business. They call me and say "we give you order and we make sure you pay no VAT because we are over the seas and the Tax Man can not do anything."
I was so stupid and I listen and now, HMRC come to my shop and say you have to pay big fine and maybe go to jail for because this system is for FRAUD and they are check everybody very soon.
Get this system out because they get everyone in big trouble very soon. They say "delete statistics" on their old website and Tax man show me this and told me so many people in big trouble soon. Hope you all be ok after work with fraud company.
They might say I liar but I record a phone call to prove you all I right about it

Just don't bother. You get what you pay for. £150 for an epos system is too good to be true. Worst customer service. Took 3 months to get £200 refund. Charged me rent for using their hardware which wasnt even working. Raam, Swarmy from the billing team are the most useless supervisor in the team along with their customer service team. After 3 months, got in contact with a regular billing team member Duncan who processed my refund. Only reliable person there. Honestly, I'd rather pay £1500 for a decent epos system with good support team. It makes a massive difference. Please just avoid this company!

Excellent service and reasonable pricing.
I would recommend to create an "Onboarding process" document that you share with new owners .. this will help them understand what to expect, what are their responsibilities and what time lines they should expect for responses.

They are all nice and easy to start up with however once you machine becomes faulty its a nightmare been 4 weeks waiting for a replacment machine and everytime i call different excuses . Still not here

Been with T2S for 18 months when we started first service was excellent past few months it’s gone downhill & getting worse
Please don’t refer anyone because you won’t get your £100 what the say instead they give the new business you refer a deal and cut you out off it they need to get there act together

This company doesnot even deserve one star...ever since i started using them for my business have had many issues....poor response and communication. No reason why certain amount is deducted and no clarification of any charges...any scheme and offers are added to the account without your permission or without any proper consent... we can not cancel the scheme as 1 month cancellation period is applicable which means discounts are being offered to customers without the business requesting for it...disgusting service from account manager...when u call for him the team member tell u he is on other call...when u want to hold the line they say he went home early...when u ask for his senior he confirms that the said account manager didnt turn up....i hope they stop taking decision on behalf ofmy business and instead start communicating with us before applying any offers or discounts

I have been waiting for 2 months for my system to arrive. To make it worse everytime i ring them one of them would say it's on it's way and you will receive it on monday! Ring on Monday and guess what nope now its Friday, ring on Friday no it's on it's way it will definitely be Monday. It's been 2 months playing the same scenario over and over again. Untrustworthy the least to say. Btw still waiting. They just simply hanged up on me today. I've paid for something that doesn't seem to turn up.
